Wallace, the technician was great. Our new dryer is an electric one and when we moved the new house there wasn't an appropriate outlet in the garage so he got the electric all set up and well! Would recommend, especially if it's for something you need it same day

Outrageous quotes and pressure to make a decision right away.
Seems like a recurring theme with most customers. Pay them their $49.95 and look for other options.

Scam, Scam, Scam!!! I needed 2 ceiling fans installed. They would NOT give me a quote over the phone. They said someone would come out & look. The charge for that would be $49.95. But it would be waived if I decided to have them do the work. When they came out they said it would cost $1,100 to install the ceiling fan. So I paid them the $49.95 & told them to get the hell out of my house. So then I called a real electrical company & they came out the same day and installed both my ceiling fans to perfection for $200.

This company came out to our house Saturday morning to fix a power issue in two bedrooms. After a brief inspection, they came back with a quote of $2795 and I ended up paying $49.95 for an outrageous quote! Of course that was ridiculous and I continued my search on yelp and found a wonderful electrician (Silva Electric). They were here in less than an hour, fixed the one outlet that had a problem in 30 minutes, charging us only $200 no matter what the issue was! I will let you decide if THIS company is honest!

We schedule electrical service 3 days ago prior to a Saturday appointment wanting just an extra outlet put in. We called Saturday morning to see what time they are coming out and spoke with Sanji. Sanji told us at that time they do not service Irvine. I then asked Sanji why no one called us sooner to let us know. She could not answer us. We then again asked Sanji when were they going to let us know they do not service Irvine which she had no answer but just kept apologizing for there error. Then we asked about there location at which she answered, "" we have serveral locations"". I asked her if they have a Santa Ana location which she said they do!!!!!! Wow...talk about a screwed up company.
