I needed a floodlight installed and contacted Epress Electrical based on 2.8k GOOGLE reviews and 4+ rating. Should have known the reviews were fake. Omar came to my home & was very personable and discussed my options to get a new line to where the floodlight would go. After checking my breaker panel, came back & told me it needed to be moved, and upgraded. Said he would give me 2 quotes, one for floodlight only & one for floodlight & panel. Never gave a quote for floodlight only & panel would be nearly $17,000. Before showing me the quote he asked me ""are you ready?"" and said ""don't get upset"" etc. Then kept talking about how they will warranty the work, blah, blah, blah. Right away he gave a 20% discount, because he said he liked me LOL. It wasn't an emergency so I decided I should get other quotes because the whole thing didn't feel right. Glad I came here to confirm these guys are ridiculous!!! Frosting on the cake=the night after Omar left, my house wasn't cooling down. It was 85 that day. I thought it was weird because it had been working just fine. Next night same thing. Fan is running, everything is good, but no cooling. So I call my HVAC company, and the technician tells me the only thing that was wrong is the breaker was off at the panel!!! Cost me $155 to find out Omar flipped it off & never turned it back on. RUN from this company. They are BAD NEWS!

Jay was prompt and professional quoted us a house rewrite and panel upgrade job at $18,900. When technicians showed up they upsold and tried to charge us the full amount we were approved for. We settled at a price of $22,000. Although the installation was done in less time then they had initially quoted, the walls they broke and the stucco patch they installed was very poor quality. Every time it rains we have to repaint areas water leaks due to their poor patch work. Been calling for weeks now to have it repaired and have just been given the runaround. Very impressive first impression and extremely horrible follow up service.

I needed to add an outdoor lamp lighting fixture. Jesse added wiring from the circuit breaker and prepare the wiring in both side in front of the garage same day while I search and order the lamp. He came back as soon as I got the lamp by mail and installed my new lamp with care. Jesse was patient and willing to work around my specs. I can count on Jesse to show up when he promised. Don't hesitate to work with Jesse for your electrical needs.

Express Electrical Service is immediately available and seems to have quality people but their prices are unreasonably high plus you must pay $89 for them to visit you. They quoted me $2,350 to install a new 220 volt line from the breaker box to my new range. We called another certified electrician who did a quality job for $675 although we had to wait 2 days because it was over the weekend. I believe this large markup is unreasonable and unfair to the unknowing customer. They have many similiar negative reviews on Yelp.

Please don't use this company. No quote given in advance so had to have the guy come diagnose which is automatically $89 but estimated over $3000 for the services which were to replace a circuit breaker, light switch and outlet. It makes no sense to pay that much so I called someone else to do it for under $600 the following day. It's unfortunate that I had to spend the $89 service fee. Very very very overpriced

I cant thank Express Electrical Services enough. My technician Lamar was fantastic! Not only was he extremely knowledgable, but he was also extremely kind and patient. He was very thorough and got my dryer up and running rather quickly. I was lost as to what was going on with it but Lamar was able to give me options that I could thankfully work it. I would highly recommend Express Electrical Seevices for your next electrical home repair and ask for Lamar!! He was great!! Excellent work!!

Horrible service.... Scheduled an appt days ago... they texted to confirm my appt. I took the day off work to be here for the appt and they literally texted 'during the appt time' that they could not make it today. What a bunch of crap

Had need for a repair of a single bad breaker. Alex recommended 3 options, stating the need for entire panel replacement. Estimates were from over $1000 to about $14000 to do the job. I rejected their recommendation and had the job done by an honest electrician for $175. Everything is fine now except I learned about another company to avoid and recommend everyone be caution about hiring these people. They are not to be trusted. BTW, I paid for the service call. Lesson learned.

Thank you for replying to my review but you miss the most important point here. Your company has 2 1/2 stars with many bad reviews, do you care? Those people claimed that they were ripped off, they named you Con-Artists and dishonest! Are all those people wrong?
