So they were quick to communicate and set up an appointment... they were due between 9 and 12 pm, they arrived after 11am and spent over an hour assessing what they could do.

There's this the whole sales pitch with 4 or 5 options starting at 8k! I had 4 things for them to do and they did only 2 because they wanted to upgrade my sub panel on every bid except the one I chose. I was feeling that they were on the high end but was willing to try them in hopes I would have a reliable company from here on out. After the agreement (there's a three day cancellation policy) was signed they left and came back an hour and half later. They ended up working here til about 3:30 replacing two light switches and a clock timer with a digital one. The timer never went on and now won't go off. I called the next day and demanded a supervisor to contact me. No one called until I called again the 3rd day after service screaming and yelling. I was told I will get a full refund, but beware. This company will want to upgrade your panel with every bid. Too expensive, felt that they were fishing for work.

Waited around for 3 hours as they continued to tell me he was on his way. Even got a ""he will be there in 30 minutes"" Finally after 3 hours without power they tell me he is still on the 101. Then they send s text saying he is now not coming.
Now I am scrambling try to get someone else.
