Kaz is not just a great electrician, he's a truly wonderful person. He gave me an honest assessment of my issue and he was spot on correct with his diagnosis. He then gave me a very good deal on the repair. When my whole home's electricity went out at 11:30pm Kaz actually showed up to my house to fix it at midnight, which is such incredible service and he was able to patch the problem so that I could have heat for the night and power before coming back the next day (on a saturday) and fixing the electrical box for good. The man is a professional, kind person who I very much enjoyed meeting and spending time with. He is the kind of technician you want working on your home. I would recommend Kaz and Express Electric Pros with as high a rating as I can and I have already passed his information on to many of my friends as that kind of professionalism deserves to be rewarded! I had the absolute best experience with tech Miro installing a new electrical panel box in my home. Christine took care of all the appointments in the office. She followed up on everything. Miro went above and way beyond to help me. He cleared out my garage to make room to work. He never stopped working on my big project. He was on time, kind, considerate, professional+, and patiently explained everything to me. Plus, I thought the cost would exceed the estimate because I thought he did so much more work.
