He was responsive and easy to communicate with, and did a fine job.
My tenant was very pleased with him as well.
I would ordinarily make these minor repairs myself, but being out of the area, it isn't always practical. His charges were well in line with the work he did.

Arber just completed installing a doggy door for us through a wall that is stucco on the outside. He was very careful with his work to ensure that the electrical wires did not interfere.
