I reached out to Expert Electrical one morning after reading their Yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. Within the hour, they returned call. And within another 20 minutes I had Alex, the repairman at my door! Now that's what I call service!!! Not only was he prompt; he was courteous and knowledgeable as well. Really happy I chose to use them. I would most definitely call on Expert Electric Group again.

Expert Electric Group (specifically Amur) was amazing. I had a unique electrical problem that required lots of sleuth work. I had my home warranty company bring out electricians TWO separate times and they couldn't figure it out.

Amur responded to my call in the morning and was over at the house by the afternoon. He spent several hours eliminating potential causes of my problem, never gave up or showed any frustration (unlike home warranty electricians) and resolved the issue that same visit.

Amur treated my electrical issue as it was in his own house - a rare quality. He's a true professional and will be the only electrician I call moving forward.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Amur! He is easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and his work is top notch. Loved that Amur showed up with a mask and ready to work. He kept his social distance as well. He was very professional and did a thorough job. We had four Costco Led shop lights installed in our garage and our old 8 feet fluorescent tube light fixtures removed. New outlets were required to be installed in our rafters for the new motion led sensor lights to operate. He also installed a ceiling fan and did a through job!

We had a really great experience with Amur! He responded quickly, was available to come out for a consultation right away, and was extremely professional. He was respectful of COVID social distancing, wore a mask and brought his own shoe coverings to put on before entering our house. He was very thorough in his examination of the problem and was patient in explaining a very complex process to us. He really wanted to make sure we understood which was super helpful. He even let my husband watch him work and explained everything he was doing so he could learn. He was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! RUDEST Person I have EVER dealt with. Absolutely DO NOT recommend these jerks!!! Extremely condescending and made my roommates and I extremely uncomfortable. Made disrespectful comments about our house and the way we deal with OUR issues and problems. Not his job to make personal comments about our house. I am extremely offended and DISGUSTED by this individual. BEWARE!!!!!!!

We used this company a week ago, they did a great job, so we used them again for another job, replacing CFL cans with LED cans in our kitchen. Two technicians showed up on time and got the job done quickly and for a great price. Again I would highly recommend this company for your electric needs!

Expert Electric Group is a really good company. I got several bids to remove, cap and replace exterior lamps. Amur was first in and immediately gave me an estimate that was competitive and held up over my due diligence. When he arrived all nicely masked up, I felt like he was a friend of mine and the work was early arrival, clean, aesthetically pleasing and thorough. I could not ask for a better partner in this project. And I do mean he treated me as a partner. I loved it! I will do this again.
