This review is purely from a quote/customer service standpoint as I did not engage this company. I have never written a review like this but I am truly shocked at my treatment from Amur, the owner.

I reached out regarding a quote to move a few switches and outlets, as well as to potentially rewire a can light. I asked for the quote to be broken out between the two item groups as I wasn't sure I wanted to rewire the can light depending on price. My request for separation was ignored and I was sent a flat rate (far above what I was receiving from other electricians) so I politely asked the quote to be broken out, thinking Amur may have innocently missed my request earlier. His response was ""we provide straightforward pricing for a complete job."" Still, assuming we were having a miscommunication I said I understood, but that one of the items was optional so it may not be part of the complete job and could he let me know how much that one item would be so I could decide to move forward with that or not. His response was beyond rude and truly shocked me considering all the good reviews here ""You have hanging wires and wires bypassing the switch box, if $2k is over your budget than it's too much for you I guess.""

FYI- this is not a complex job- the ""hanging wires"" were from walls we just demo'd and simply need to be shortened and placed back into the wall- every other quote I received was more than half this cost. I guess the only positive thing I can say is they're clearly not in need of work if they treat customers this way, so, good for them. But incredibly rude and unnecessary, definitely taking my business elsewhere to one of the several other electricians with great reviews, quoted me more than half the cost and are not rude and dismissive. I truly have never written a negative review on Yelp- I always come here to sing praises of the great businesses I work with, but this response was so abrasive I would have wanted to know this before reaching out to this company.

Very responsive on Yelp, he always responded to my questions in a timely manner. He was available to complete the job within a few days after contacting him. He installed 8 LED ceiling lights with no attic access and installed a dimmer switch and fan box. He completed the job in 1 day, cleaned up after himself and was professional and polite. His prices were fair and he used quality products. I would recommend him if you're looking for ceiling light installation.

Amur showed up in a mask and followed all covid guidelines. He was so kind, honest, and kept me updated throughout the appointment. The problem with our power ended up being an issue that DWP is responsible for. It is hard to find a service in LA that will not take advantage of you, but I 100% trust Amur and will be calling him to fix all electrical problems in the future. Thanks Amur!

Amur responded to my call right away. After giving me an estimate just by sending him pictures of the work I needed done (14 outlets replaced), he gave me a quote. I had another quote for cheaper but decided on going with Expert Electric because of the immediate response of Amur AND he could show up the very next day. Amur was very professional, quiet and did his work efficiently. Everything looked great when he was done and I would definitely recommend this company and would call them again for my next project. And he stuck to his quote!

Had a minor electrical emergency at my house on a Saturday afternoon, looked up electricians on Yelp, called several, and Alex from Expert Electric was the only one who answered my call. He patiently listened to my situation and pretty much immediately knew what the problem was. He showed up promptly very soon after we spoke, wearing a mask and he even wore shoe covers before stepping inside the house! He was very professional, knew exactly what to do and even brought the spare part that we needed with him.
Quoted me a price that was more than reasonable, I was pleasantly surprised, considering this was a short notice emergency call. I highly recommend Alex and Expert Electric Group, I am saving his number for all my future electrical needs. Thank you Alex!

My entire foyer lights suddenly stopped working and I had my friend who does tons of electrical look at it. He couldn't figure it out. I decide to call Expert Electric Group. The guys came extremely professional and I was so nervous if I even had the money to pay them- they fixed the issue with the most reasonable price. I would only use them in the future. I trust them 100%, polite, professional and wayyyy reasonable. This is the electrical company anyone should call.
