I recently needed some electrical work done on my home. I had heard many great things about Excel Electric. So I decided to see for myself. After meeting Bob and his team I felt very comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about what they will need to do to complete the job. They were very professional, polite, and provided excellent customer service. Their pricing was also right.
The work they performed in my house was exceptional and when they left, you didn't even know they were there. No mess.
I will be using them again for any of my electrical needs and referring them to my friends and family. I would highly recommend using them.

We had Excel Electrical do various projects at our home. We are very satisfied with the job they did and we thought the cost for the work was reasonable too.....Tony came to do the estimate and was very knowledgable, confident and very nice person.....He answered all our questions and was very patient. Estimate was written up in detail and sent to us via email in timely manner. The gal at the office answering calls was very pleasant, knowledgable quick to setup an appointment and also scheduling the work. Tony, JP and Jeremy came out and worked on our projects. A great group of electricians! so professional and confident in their work. We love to support our local businesses and can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer if i need some more electrical work!!! five star for sure!

I needed electrical work done in an older home that I was under contract to sell. I called Excel and they sent an estimator out ASAP. He went over my options, explained everything in detail and made suggestions as to how could save $ on the job. I was able to schedule the work right away and close on the house without delay. I just bought a condo and the inspection revealed numerous electrical issues that needed to be addressed immediately. Excel electric did a fantastic job for a very fair price. The quality of the work was outstanding. First, setting up the service was very easy and they kept in touch with me with reminders and follow-up throughout the process. When they came out to do the work they were on-time, very neat/clean, extremely respectful and professional, and very thorough in making sure that all of the repairs were properly and accurately made. I can now sleep easy in my new condo- no more electrical fire hazards thanks to Excel. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for all of my electrical needs. It is so nice to have found a business with integrity that I can rely on!!!

We called Excel because of positive reviews we had seen. After Irma passed, 2 GFIs kept tripping. In addition our post and landscape lighting was not working. By the time the tech left, he had gotten the GFIs working (it was actually simple we should have tried) and said the post and landscape needed rewire. They would send an estimate. Paid him $325 and he was on his way. That night, the outdoor lights went on! A few days later we received an estimate for $2,200. We really got the feeling this young guy didn't 100% know what he was doing.
The good: they were courteous and on time. The bad: inexperience.
I would probably call Excel again but I would ask for a different tech.

My house was built in the 80's so the electric needed to be updated and brought up to code; my main electric, inside panel and hot water heater. I was so impressed by this company and would highly recommend them to everyone! They were honest, fair, communicative, clean and knew exactly what they were doing. They would not leave until we were completely satisfied with the job will definitely be using them again!

Thanks Excel - please don't change or worse ... merge with one of those larger companies that could give a damn if they keep you as a happy customer.
