There was a hiccough with my Generac system but calling Karen in the office and her sending over Casey within an hour was fantastic. Casey got her right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and went to work. It went as good as I could have hoped. I have never regretted the choice to purchase a whole home generator from Excel and keep them on board for routine maintenance and service. From first meeting George and his whole team its been perfect. One follow up that put things over the top was when Casey called back to check later that evening and make sure things were working out well. That is the kind of attention that makes a customer feel like they are valued. Thank you so much.

Had some pool construction electrical work to be done and Excel came out the day I called and handled the situation. That was a blessing as the pool company had just filed bankruptcy. Joel, the electrician, was courteous and did a very professional job. The work passed inspection which helped save my day!

We had a full home generator and huge underground propane tank installed so we are covered if power is out for a couple of weeks. We can't say enough good about the company, they are awesome, professional, great quality at a fair price and know what they're doing!!!

Excel Electric has a one star review on the home advisor site, after they came out to attempt to do electrical work, and I had several experiences working with them. The electrician John, left my home with a brand new fan light, and promised to give me a $400.00 credit on my account. On another occasion John left my home with a new living room fixture, and also promised to give my account a credit of $100.00. When I attempted to speak with the company - they had all kinds of excuses about my credit for merchandise removed by Excel from my home. Use caution when attempting to utilize this company. There are some really fine electrical companies in the palm beach gardens area so please protect yourself and use them instead.

Excel electric cane to check my circuit breaker and my garage door opener. The customer service and service technician were fine. The cost however seemed much too high for what was done. I should have gone directly to the garage door manufacturers customer service. The Genie service call was even more expensive but at least they fixed the opener.

Offered to help with the wire hookup of my DIY blower on my exterior ac unit but $150 seemed a tad bit high for connecting 3 wires. But realistically, I am 2 hours away from this company's office. Was decent enough however to discuss my DIY needs when other greedy contractors would not.
