I called and spoke with Dan (who I believe is the owner.) We scheduled an appointment for the next day, ""late morning."" When he hadn't shown up by 1:30, I texted to inquire where he was. He responded with, ""Be a few hrs I will call."" It's been two days and he still hasn't called! A simple text to let me know he wouldn't make it that day, or an apology when he failed to show, would have gone a long ways. Absolutely no respect or consideration for my time!

They are a busy company for sure.. but they do great, safe, code compliant work. No short cuts... I have had them install a new 200a main service, repair damaged generator transfer switch and a full install on a new generator. I would highly recommend there team.

Using Excel for a new construction project after the Fire in Redding. The work looks fine. Their scheduling and their making it to the job when they say there are going to be there is not happening. We understand being busy, but do not understand not being on the job when you say you are going to be there. Also do not understand not being able to come in and perform the work because the siding is not installed yet, not on a 2x6 framed job. At this point they are the bottleneck on the job site and are going to be delaying next inspection shortly.
