Excel installed our NEMA 15-30 outlet in 2019 and I recently had them replace the outlet with a wired 60amp wall charger. Very reliable service and came in on time. Price is also reasonable. Recommend them highly!

We needed an electric hook-up for our new spa. Called Excel since they'd done a very professional job installing electric heaters on our back deck several years ago. They were busy and couldn't fit us in as soon as we'd hoped. Instead of dropping it there, Tom took the time to discuss the job in detail with our handyman in hopes he could handle the job. When it was decided he couldn't, Tom sent us the name of three other electricians he felt he could confidently recommend to us. After we learned they were also too busy to fit us in soon, we went back to Excel and they sent someone to determine the job requirements. They spent time analyzing various options for how to best do the job and their advice enabled another service person to complete the job in our desired timeframe. We had agreed to pay the minimum service call price but after discussion with Tom, he agreed to waive any charge. We were so pleased with how helpful, good natured and knowledgeable Tom had been that we decided to pay them something anyway. Excel will definitely be the first one we call for any future electrical jobs!

We've used Excel Electric three or four times in the past five years. I'm way behind on giving them the praise they deserve. The first time, they installed nine light fixtures for us, and we felt so comfortable having them in the house and handling all the newly purchased goods. The did a great job, and we appreciated the white glove service they gave us. They've also come out when a circuit blew out and fixed that, and then came again when we had a similar problem in another area. We have an old house with crazy wiring. It takes a lot of time and effort to locate which circuits go to which outlets. They are fantastic AND patient!

Far exceeded expectations. Had Bryan as tech and he was great: efficient, thorough and time-conscious. Finished job before I thought was possible and didn't mind giving a few tips to me here and there. Did everything I listed without a single problem and made the extensive and complicated job seem simple and drama-free. What made it even better is Tom fit me in the very next day, whereas everyone else was pushing 2 weeks out at a much higher quote. Even though their hourly rate was higher than some of the others they cost me half at the end because of their expertise and knowledge. All I can say is consider yourself fortunate if you get them on your job. Well done, Excel.
