Evgeniy is extremely reliable and has finesse in his work. He came right away for an estimate and again once I purchased the faucet that needed to be replaced. He was super flexible working around our kid's nap time, which is super appreciated. His rates are reasonable and really fast at his job.

We have an old house that needs lots of love and care so we will be contacting him for any future repairs and projects.

Although a service has not been provided to me, (unfortunately, he don't install vinyl sheet aka linoleum- for my bathroom), I highly recommend EvaMax! Evgeniy is very responsive, as soon as I ask for a quote, he immediately responded. Answered every question that I have. He even took an extra mile by stopping by to see the scope of work, and told me honestly that he don't do that kind of work and recommended other type of materials. He is excellent in communication and very sincere with his work. Very nice guy! Who knows, maybe in the future, I have some work around the house where I could use his help! He did a great job with installing a new ceiling light in the master bedroom. He made a new receptacle in the ceiling - cutting through the ceiling and also the wall near the switch and patched up and textured the wall. We are very happy!

If I could, I'd give EvaMax 6 stars. We needed three jobs done: replacement for a dead outlet, our kitchen ceiling light replaced, and some corrective work on a ceiling fan that we'd recently had installed.
Evgeniy got to the house when he said he would, was wonderfully professional and personable, and got the job done amazingly quickly and efficiently.
What we really appreciated, though, was that he was *very good* about communicating with us and getting back to us with answers to our questions.
We have a number of jobs that will need doing in this old house in the near future. EvaMax will be the first company we call. We can't recommend this company highly enough.

Detailed: Explains his work, what will be done, provides suggestions and breaks down costs. He definitely puts pride in his work, again very detailed, shares options, and also mindful of how we would want things done.
Straight Forward: no wasting time and gets to the point. I appreciate this a lot- now a days, there is no time to waste.
Vision: He has ideas, suggestions- and definitely sounds like he can make things possible.

Use Yelp review and got a quick message from Eugene. He quick and prompt and was fair in pricing and works with customers. Eugene was not able to use original junction box that was done by construction company so he moved it and moved electrical. Took him two days but few hours each day to get supplies and do a great job. His patching works well too even offered to do some painting over ceiling. He came on time and communicated well through text message. I have a couple more jobs and would use his business again.
