EV Pros have best services and professionalism! Kwan installed at my house two 240 nema outlets and he is absolutely friendly, answered all my questions, extremely helpful and provide top quality services!

A few weeks later the building inspector came and I notified EV pros at 7am (city can only tell me the time of the inspection on the day of the inspection) and they came out by 8 am and waited for the inspector to come as the window was between 8am to 12pm. Both Sean and Evan are incredibly friendly, courteous and highly professional. Both Evan and Sean worked with the inspector and of course, we passed with flying colors. i highly recommend their services for those who are looking for electrical upgrades and installations. I had my nema installed for car charging stations. Thank you EV Pros for taking care of an ignorant electrical challenged homeowner!

Jeff was quick and courteous in responding to my quote requests for a wall charger installation.

We called on a Friday to make an appt and within a few hours, Russell came to do the install. He was on time and did a great job! My husband was very impressed with how patient Russell was with answering his questions, and how clean of an install he did. Kudos to Russell because it's not easy impressing my husband! Lol

We hired EV Pros recently to install an EV charger in our garage. Kwan & Russell were amazing - my husband called them the kindest contractors we have ever worked with. They did great work and they were extremely communicative. Kwan even identified a hazardous issue with one of our existing light fixtures. They gave us a reasonable price to address the issue and they will be back again next week. Good contractors are hard to find and we will definitely use EV Pros again.

I called regarding getting an outdoor Nema 14-50 outlet installed and Jennifer was quick to get us an appointment the following day. Kwan came out for the appointment and it was great to have an experienced professional willing to share knowledge about his craft. Kwan did an amazing and clean job. I ended up having Kwan upgrade our indoor Nema 14-50 outlet to the industrial grade Hubbell and am I glad I did. It turns out the existing outlet was already showing signs of melting and one of the wires had some fire damage. It was a pleasure to work with this company and their staff. They are well worth it for the customer service and quality of work you get.

I couldn't be more impressed and happy with my EV install. Opened the garage, we briefly discussed the placement of the charger and that was it. Came back out in about 30 minutes and it was done. No holes, no marks or scratches anywhere and no putty. The level of attention to detail is on another level. Example, they don't hand write labels with a marker but rather print them with a label maker. i highly suggest EV Pros and especially Kwon as an installer.

Jennifer was my contact person at EV Pros, she answered my call promptly, was pleasant, answered all my questions, texted me back when I had more questions. I sent in a video and some pictures and she was very responsive. When I was ready to install, she had me scheduled right away and the installer arrived less than 18 hours later due to a cancellation in their schedule - now that's service! I've had more trouble making appointments with almost anyone else. Additionally, Jennifer gave me more options than just the next morning. Efficiency = A+

I was highly recommended to EV Pros from a friend who is very particular about his vehicles. We are in the process of preparing to charge for our first Tesla that is coming soon with a wall-mounted charger. Meanwhile, the previous owner of our home had been plugging in her Tesla to the dryer-type wall outlet in the garage cabinet. Our installer explained that the wiring on the existing outlet could have caught fire because the wires were not the right width and could have overheated over time, they would not able to handle the load. Kwan (our installer) was kind enough to remove the outlet and covered the opening in order to deter any future owners of trying to plug in. Expertise = A+

Not only did Kwan expertly install our new charger (that looks like a fuel pump) in our garage, he took the time to place it; he was mindful of the space and the door opening and the accessibility to the unit. Then he rearranged our entire electrical panel and explained the safety features of this type of charging. He is so informative and cleaned up after himself; you'd never know he was here except for installing the beautiful charger. Professional = A+

Kwan made sure, after the installation, that the gas dryer and the AC were still operating properly. I would hire EV Pros in a heartbeat. They didn't rush out because the installation was done. They answered my questions about connecting to the internet (which they had done). It's worth every penny and I felt they were reasonably priced. Kwan's truck had everything in its place. This company was amazing. I paid using Venmo, very easy and quick. I had an amazing experience with EV Pros.
