Awesome experience and results!
I initially contacted EV Pros about getting an outlet installed for an EV charger. They asked me to record a quick video of our electrical panel and where I wanted the outlet located in the garage, and then send them a text with the video.

They replied quickly with a few options and a quote. This was great because I didn't have to wait for someone to come out to give the quote on the spot.

I was also able to schedule the appointment through text message.

Russell and Kwan showed up 10 minutes early on the day of the installation. They were very professional and communicated additional options after analyzing our electric panel and our property.

This was NOT an upsell. They just gave us options on where we could locate the plug, but recommended going with the most economical option to save money. I really appreciated their honesty.

They completed the job in a few hours. They communicated their progress throughout the process and were very organized. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

The final result looks great and I'm impressed with the quality of the work.

We ended up getting a 14-30 outlet installed due to the age and condition of our electrical panel. It charges our 2017 Nissan Leaf at about 16-18 miles per hour, which is a big upgrade from the 4 miles per hour we were getting from the regular 110V outlet.

I'd highly recommend EV Pros. I didn't really shop around for price, and not sure if we paid a premium, but I believe we received a premium service and I'm happy to pay for that.
