Great experience with EV Pros. Jennifer communicated with me through text about the different options, the quote, and the appointment process. She was really kind enough to answer all sorts of EV charger related questions that I could've probably googled. The process was quick and the appointment instant. I had the joy of having Kwan. He was really kind and respectful of my work schedule since I had a meeting during his appointed time. He took the liberty of mounting my charger for me too (something that would've been very difficult for me). I wish I could've tipped him! I feel bad. He was wonderful! Thank you both!

I needed some electrical work done (installing a dedicated circuit for a new outlet) and sent out some requests via Yelp. In one sentence, from start to finish, this job was flawlessly done and I am very happy to have selected EV Pros.

Jeff answered all of my questions (sent via Yelp messages) very quickly. I asked a lot of clarifying questions and not once did I feel sales pressure. Just straightforward, honest answers. Jeff was also extremely patient with me as well and made me feel comfortable asking questions before starting the project.

Brandon and Kwan were the ones to do the job. They were on time and were very friendly and professional. Before starting, we went over the work to be done and they described what they would be doing. The job took a little longer than initially planned because it was complex, but they took the time to do it right - which I definitely appreciated. Once done, they took care to clean everything up and make sure I was satisfied.

Russell assisted with collecting payment and was very accommodating of my delay due to New Years.

Like I said, everyone I worked with each step of the way was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I will definitely be going back to EV Pros for any electrical needs in the future!

Jeff and his team installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage a few weeks ago. No problems so far in terms of actual use.

Overall, the experience was positive. Jeff is very kind and responsive, and had a technician come out promptly to install the outlet.

We ran into a situation where I was left a bit unsatisfied with the initial install. I had approved a location on my wall, but in actual practice, the location was unusable due to clearance issues with my charging cable. I reached out to a 3rd party electrician to double check and they also let me know that the location was a poor one. So, although I was responsible for approving the location to begin with, I wish EV Pros was a bit more adamant about overriding my decision in regards to safety and use. After all, they are the professionals, not me.

Jeff and his team were understanding, and although didn't offer a complimentary re-install, did work with me to get it fixed at a very reasonable rate, which I appreciated.

If Yelp allowed half stars, I'd probably give EV Pros 4.5/5. However, despite the unfortunate situation, Jeff and his team were class acts, and I was always treated with kindness and respect, so I know that on average, I'd have more 5/5 experiences than 4/5.

We started with another contractor for this job. Got a quote and scheduled an appointment, but man that other guy was rough to work with - condescending, curt, and a number of his responses made me feel like I was bothering him (I can only imagine what it would've been like if we had issues after the install). After yet another curt exchange, we cancelled the original appointment, and happily found EV Pros, Jeff and Team.

What a night and day difference! Everyone I interacted with at EV Pros was responsive and happy to assist - they seem truly grateful for their clients. They are knowledgeable and professional as well. Their price was just $40 more than our first contractor but what a world of difference.

Install went seamlessly: Brandon was on time, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. Our EV is not here yet to test out the install, but their 2 year warranty (2x longer than that of our first contractor) gives us peace of mind. Money and time well spent!

The technician arrived one hour ahead of schedule. He performed a clean install requiring a small hole through the wall to the electrical panel on the other side of the wall. Pricing was fair and competitive. Vacuumed up debris and was good to go. Install was done within an hour. Payment through Venmo. They take personal checks as well.

These guys are legit. I reached out to 3-4 local EV installers on the Tesla website and EV Pros was the only team to reach out and confirm an installation date. No nosense, get-the-job-done type of crew. Kwan was friendly, helpful, and efficient. A fantastic experience.
