I just had an installation of a Tesla wall connector done by these guys 3 months ago, and it works flawlessly. Christian was very quick to respond to my questions and offered a fair price and competitive price compared to the local market. Kwan was the man who came and installed the device to code and was extremely professional and knowledgeable in how he explained what he was doing.

As a side note, I had trouble with the City of Anaheim in obtaining my permits due to a failed inspection where the city inspectors claimed I used a different device when they came (essentially lying to cover their mistake). I called Kwan back, and even a month after the original job, he and Christian went out of their way to advocate on my behalf to convince the Anaheim inspectors to return and redo a fair inspection. They gave extra effort for me despite the mistake belonging to the inspectors. These guys go over the top, and they absolutely have my endorsement for anyone who needs a charger installed. Nothing but great customer service here, and you will not be disappointed.

Guys showed up this morning to install a charging station for my Tesla. I needed a sub panel m(which I was aware of) and was quoted a fair price for both the sub panel and the install. Very professional guys and it looks great in the garage. Very clean work. The whole team has been easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Thanks for taking care of me. Will use you again.

Spoke with EV Pros about installing a Tesla charger and they just finished up the install. Jeff responded quickly to my inquiry and discussed what it would take to complete the job. His price was competitive and his business partner did an amazing job on the install. Kwan arrived promptly and on time as promised. He's super meticulous and does exceptional work. Check out the pictures and how clean the install was. Best part, Jeff emailed me the invoice minutes before the install was done. Paid online and we were done. Kwan is the man and i would highly recommend EV Pros. If you buy the Tesla Charging Unit from EV Pros, they offer a 4 year warranty! If you buy direct from Tesla, it's a standard 1 year warranty.

Kwan was out for a Tesla Wall Charger exactly 2 weeks ago and did a great job ... was an all day project, worth every $ spent! I got my Tesla Model 3 last week and everything is working well.

I purchased a Tesla Cable Organizer after the charger was installed - at the drop of a hat EV Pros scheduled me in, and installed the cable organizer at no charge beyond my original payment. First class service and people!

I called many electricians recommended by Tesla, and guys, EV Pros stands out the very best. My electric panel is old and is required full upgrade. Not to mention running some twenty feet from the panel to the garage to install the Tesla Charger. This will result costing me a lot of money. I was panic and thought there was no way i would have a Tesla. Jeff, the owner at EV Pros calmed me down and took his time to explain on how it works to install the electric charger and laid out the cost. He; however to save me money, suggested to use the 10-30 to NEMA 14-50 adapter. Hey, this solved me issues. He also texted me a picture of what it looks like, so i would not make a mistake. I was so impressed with his way of help. EV Pros did not charge me a penny!!! This turned out working great. I am so so happy.
I do recommend everyone to keep this business for any electrical needs around the house because i do.

Worked closely with Jennifer Sheets (Co-Owner) and Quan (Installer) during purchase and installation of our Tesla Wall Charger for our recently purchased Tesla Model 3. In both instances EV-Pros performed well above expectations even though they were on the higher end of cost. Jennifer quickly followed up on all emails and phone calls. Quan clearly took pride in his workmanship and explained his installation approach to what was not a standard installation. Additionally, EV-PROS PROVIDED A MILITARY DISCOUNT, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend EV-PROS for your EV or standard electrical installation needs.

I received an initial response from Christian requesting that I answer a few questions and to send pictures. It has been more than 10 days since I sent the requested answers and pictures of my electrical panel and the area where I want the EV Charging Station installed - no response. Apparently EV Pros decided my job wasn't big enough for them so they didn't bother giving me a courtesy response. Oh well!!! I have moved on to other electricians who are more than willing to do the job.

These guys do great work! I highly recommend using them. Christian was my phone contact who arranged the install. Kwan and his team showed up on time and were very friendly and thorough. Spent most of the day dropping a line from the second floor box down to the garage for my new Tesla. When they finished they completely cleaned up all dust and debris. Pricing was fair for the time and amount of work they did. The install looks perfect! Very pleased with the results!
