Bought an electric car and needed the 40 amp plug installed in my garage. My 100 amp electric panel wasn't robust enough to add on 40 amps, but they had a hardware workaround that made it work. Got the work done and today I passed inspection. As the name implies, these are the guys to call when you need this kind of work done. The two guys who did the work were professional and very competent and the person in their office who coordinated everything was super helpful. If you're anything like me, you DON'T want to do this yourself. Give yourself a break, spend the money, and call these folks. They make it easy.

Very professional and prompt service. I called directly, and Matt was straightforward with availability and scoping out the work for installing a Tesla charger. During the install, he found another electrical issue which he pointed out to me and was able to fix. Also, Matt was by-the-book and quickly went through permitting. I cannot rave enough about EV Electric! From our very first interaction, in regards to this particular project (even though it was a small project -- new electric outlet installation), Matt has always been upfront about the estimate and has not given me the run around in regards to pricing. I especially love that he's upfront, professional, prompt in his response whenever I had a question both prior and during the project, reliable, clean (he even brought his own vacuum to clean up after himself), came on time, was prepared, and extremely respectful (when he arrived, I asked if he would use shoe covers, and he did not hesitate). I appreciated that Matt showed up in a mask due to the current pandemic at the moment and kept his mask on the entire time. I would highly recommend EV Electric to anyone who's looking to do any project, both big or small. I, for one, will definitely be calling Matt again for my next electrical need.
