Wow. I'm new to EV cars and Eduardo's customer service and communication is A+++++.

After contacting several competitors, I knew I wanted to go with Eduardo. From a picture of my subpanel, he was able to provide me with a clear detailed estimate. He was also very familiar that I would need a 60A so that the charging rate would be 48A for my car. These small details made a difference in the initial response. I could also see the work he had done on Yelp and the install was very neat. Plus best price among the competition as well for a quality install!

On the day of appointment, he texted me when he was on his way. Arrival on time is a HUGE plus for me as I hate when other businesses provide 2 hr windows and usually come late.

After a quick chat of placement, he quickly started the install. We discussed installing to cover up the box that the builder had originally created. The whole installation was completed in under 40 min. Afterwards, he helped me set up the charger within the Chargepoint app and as well as the charging scheduled in my KIA ev9.

Payment was simple through Venmo.

I'm uber impressed and would recommend any new to EVs to contact Eduardo if they need to have a charger installed. I would call him the white glove experience of EV installers.

In this day and age of poor customer service everywhere, Ed was amazing. He responded quickly to my quote request and explained the suggested options. He texted me before arriving at our scheduled time and showed up on time. He did a high quality job at a very reasonable cost. He also patiently explained my main panel and sub panel capacity issues, and options if I wanted to add additional circuits in the future. I can't say enough about his customer oriented attitude and quality of work. Keep up the great work!

Ed is very professional, knowledgable and patient. The communication with him from the very start has been absolutely smooth. I got my Tesla charger installed within an hour and Ed also helped with its connection with my Tesla app (which seemingly was tricky, but thanks to Ed, he knew all workarounds). I would highly recommend Ed!

Ed did a great work installing my tesla wall connector. He was fast on responding messages and was able to give quote with just a few questions and photos. More importantly, he was honest and care about what I actually need. A lot of other companies I quoted all told me I need a load balancer but Ed told me I don't need it since my home has enough power to support the charger.

During the installation day, Ed did excellent work installing the charger. The wiring was elegant and beautiful. After the installation he also made sure I have the right setup on the app and only left after confirming everything is working.

He's always smiling when explaining how everything works. I highly recommend Ed if you are considering a new tesla charger.

3) Clarifies any questions. Provides suggestions and advices. This being my first EV car purchase with charger, he took time to respond to best of my understanding for all questions.

All I can say is that Eduardo provides white glove service. From start to finish, I needed a charger and install, Eduardo had an opening the next day and came with the equipment and knowledge. Guided me with the app setup and explained to me the positives but was also honest with any negatives. Great job and great work sir! Value, service, and honesty was all there.

Love it,Ed does the job flawlessly. He would have the cost and options listed in detail at the beginning so I know what I am paying for. Pricing sounds very, and I mean, very reasonable. He finished the job quite fast and answered any questions I had. He also would do extra without me asking by helping me set up the connection from my app to the charger. Some will only install and leave. That's what happened to my brother when he installed his charger with another company.
