I had an outstanding experience with Kirill and Erin. Out of the blue, I received an email from Tesla telling me my Model 3 would be ready in a week. I panicked becauseI had already scheduled my install with EV Charger about a month later than that. I immediately called Kirill and asked if he could move up the install of my NEMA 15-40 charger sooner. Within an hour, he emailed me back telling me he'd moved up my install to the day after I took delivery of my Tesla. Worked out perfectly! These guys are so professional. Erin did the actual install and showed me how to charge the car. He left no mess or debris behind. Kirill came out and talked with the SF city inspector and got the work signed off. They answer emails quickly. They communicate extremely well and never leave you hanging. They also really know their business, especially in SF with a lot of old houses and electrical systems.
I was so lucky to find these guys. You shouldn't think twice if you have a new EV--these guys are best in business.

I was very impressed with this two-man team from my initial inquiry through final inspection of the installed charging system, the first one in our condo building. Kirill, the Engineer, assessed our situation and needs and configured a system incorporating a load management controller at a price better than others I had received without that technology. (Others didn't even know about it or propose it as an option when it was perfect for our application.) These guys are on top of all the latest technologies and products because this is all they do. They really are experts, as the name says. Kirill provided everything needed to satisfy both our HOA's and City's requirements. Erin, the hands-on electrician, was also very professional and very helpful in answering my questions not only about our system but about future options with the building based on the design of our electrical room and incoming power availability. Erin did a quality job with the installation and thoroughly cleaned up everything when he finished. The installation and City inspection were completed in a timely fashion with no issues. Communication and follow up were timely and accurate throughout the entire process. Besides being experts in this specialized field, they are professional, priced right, and nice guys too. Super happy with the professionalism and work by the EV Charger Experts team for installing my NEMA 15-40 outlet right where I asked, up to code. I bought my house a couple years ago and the attic space is extremely small or blocked right where they needed access to my main panel. They stepped back, came at it from a different angle, and got the difficult job done at the price promised.

I was super happy with their communication throughout the whole process. They explained my options and suggested some ways to save money without undermining the quality of the job. They took care of the permits for me with the city and dealt with the city inspection after the job. If you are in the greater Bay Area, you really should use these guys.

This team knows exactly what they're doing and they were a pleasure to work with. I requested a quote on Yelp and got a reply in minutes. Kirill walked me through gathering all the information he needed (mostly photos of all the panels) and showed up a couple days later for an on-site evaluation. He talked me through the little decisions that made the job a lot easier and explained the entire permitting process (which he took care of for me). Erin arrived within a week for the installation, got it done in an hour, and taught me a few things about my home electrical service while he was there. Erin and Kirill helped me to install my EV charger about 6 months ago. They provided excellent customer service and are absolutely knowledgeable.

My case was a little bit more complicated since I live in a Townhouse. The parking spot is in a indoor parking garage which is also consider a common area. That means I have to get approval from my HOA. Erin gave me helpful advise on how to get it done. Therefore, I have to say Erin's knowledge is beyond a technician/electrician. He also reply my message and email quickly. The price is also fair.
