First, I had a false start; I scheduled an appointment but needed to cancel. Then, I needed an add-on that wasn't originally quoted (permits). Neither were any issue and Kirill was nothing but professional while I got my act together.

Prior to the appointment, I got a Calendar Event Invitation which allowed me to put it right where I needed it, automatically, I didn't have to remember to do it manually. Nice.

On the day of the appointment, I got great communication from Erin, my installer. I have a significant remodel going on simultaneously, so I had 3 other trades in the house and everyone needed parking. Erin was great with updates on his constraints with traffic in real time, and was still able to make his arrival window and complete the work in the scheduled time. He had no issues working with my other contractors who were all intersecting in the same space.

During his visit, Erin was a consummate pro; he took one look at my garage and made some observations about what I originally wanted, then explained how that would impact the quoted price, and made suggestions to stay within the estimate and still address my needs. Perfect.

His work was clean and tidy, and he was done very quickly. Thank you Erin!!

Afterwards, Kirill set up the inspection and personally arrived to meet with the inspector. We had a very interesting conversation about all things EV and he demonstrated an encyclopedic knowledge of the industry, components, compatibility, expansion potential (were considering solar and battery backup), and more. The inspection passed with no issues. Thanks Kirill!!

I worked in trades before and have what I would consider an advanced knowledge of EV topics, so I have a very high bar of satisfaction in both areas. I was very impressed with the knowledgeability and service delivery of EV charger Expert and HIGHLY recommend them. I will personally tell other EV owners I know to engage with them when it's time for their own in-home charger installation.

This company installed the EV charger last year. They are organized well so that our installation went smoothly. A couple days ago, our charger didn't work. I reached to him by email. Kirill called me with an hour. Luckily, he was working nearby so after that he stopped by my house and inspected the problem. He found the issue so quickly and fixed it within 15 minutes.

It was great working with Kirill and Erin to install my Emporia charger. Kirill provided immediate feedback to all questions for scheduling the install. Erin was an amazing installer. Erin provided a couple options for routing wiring from my main panel outside of my house to the charger in my garage. It was great to have options and get pros and cons for each. Very happy with the install and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Kirill and Erin are superstars when it comes to getting your ev charger installed. True to form they are experts. I called and got knowledgeable advice, reasonable pricing and next day installation with subsequent inspection approval 4 days later. These guys check all the boxes. Kirill took my first call and quickly responded with a quote and excellent customer service with clear communication. Erin was very skilled and tackled the install with the movement of a skilled craftsman, up to code and strategically placed with no wasted motion. He answered my questions with a directness that was intelligent and mature to inspire confidence in the product and his work. Two hours later Kirill called and the inspection was set up for 4 days later. The follow-up documentation and communication was excellent. It took 8 days to receive the ordered charger and 4 days to complete the work including inspection, truly a quick turnaround for any project.
My residential tenants are thrilled with the Chargepoint charger and it has relieved their range anxiety and solidified my relationship with them as a good housing provider. Don't waste your time calling anyone else; these guys are the standard of excellence!

EV Charger Expert installed my EV Charger. The technician explained everything in plain English making sure that I understood everything that I needed to know. They also coordinated the permit process and came back during the inspection and waited for the inspector and provided all the paperwork and specs. I didn't have to do anything. Excellent service!

I first reached out to to EV Charger Expert in February 2024 in the hope of being able to set up my own charger in my deeded parking spot of my condo complex's shared parking garage. After providing the requested info (I love how easy they make it!), I received an estimate and agreement which I promptly signed and sent back. Not long after I received a call from Kirill who said he was in the neighborhood and wanted to look more closely at the access to my meter. Unfortunately upon closer inspection there was not the access that they would need to run a dedicated circuit for my own charger. However, Kirill did offer some ideas for how the HOA might be able to set up a communal charger for residents and followed up by sending me materials on how it would work that I then shared with my HOA. He also offered to speak to the Board if they were interested and had any questions.

Fast forward to six months later when I purchased a single family home and needed to get a charger installed - Kirill was the person I reached out to. Once again, I provided the requested information and was promptly sent an estimate and agreement. An appointment for installation was set up shortly thereafter. Erin did the installation and let me tell you, it is a thing of beauty. I neglected to explain that my charger was not a hardwired charger so what I really needed was a NEMA 14-50 outlet into which my charger could plug in, making it a little more complicated and more expensive of a set-up so there was some re-working of the estimate, but it was handled very swiftly over email in real time. Can an electrical box and EV charging set up inspire awe? I think it can - take a look at the attached photo! Setting my EV charger up this way gives me flexibility in case the charger itself craps out on me later and I want to change it out or if I ever need to plug in some other piece of equipment that requires a 240V plug I can easily do so.

Upon completion of the installation they set up an appointment for the inspection which Kirill handled himself. Upon passing he promptly emailed me the approved inspection report. The entire process was so easy and seamless and I absolutely LOVE my EV charger!

I would highly recommend them if you are looking for EV charger installation. They responded quickly, were easy to work with prompt and affordable. I don't usually post reviews and can attest to how easy Kirill was to communicate with. After trying to get three different electricians to come and install something only to find that they would not respond or could not come and do it for weeks. I was able to set it up for the very next day no regrets if this is what you need don't hesitate to call them. Six stars
