I called Eric again because I decided to have a second EV charger installed in my home. His service is as amazing as when he first helped me out. I've never written 2 reviews for one business before but he's that good. Eric is extremely professional, HONEST, and offers the best pricing for EV charger installation compared to all of the other businesses that I checked out. I appreciate the fact that he's extremely responsive whether it be via phone call or text. He was very flexible with scheduling and immediately available for installation. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Eric was extremely fast and responsive. He installed my outlet and charger within 1 day of calling him, and was fast and clean in doing it! I even had a problem with the project, and let him know as soon as I discovered it. After troubleshooting with me over the phone failed, he came out next day and fixed it in no time. Eric gave me a quote right over the phone. Within a few days he was at my house installing the new Nema 14-50 outlet for my Tesla.

He was done within a few hours and everything was working as expected. He did a good clean job like you'd expect from a professional with 30+ years' experience.

I called many places asking for a quote for installing an EV charger in my garage before contacting EV Car Chargers-Eric. Granted my installation was a simple process since my home was already wired to charge a level 2 charger in my garage, it was still nerve wracking having an EV charger installed for the first time given that any mistakes can lead to electrical issues or even wall damage. I contacted Eric if he could come over the next day for an install but he luckily had availability the same day and he was at my house within hours! Eric was very responsive and promptly answerered all of my questions patiently over the phone. He installed my ChargePoint Flex with no issues and did an extremely clean job doing so. Price was also reasonable. I would not hesitate to use him for any future EV installs-- it's also cool that he specializes in EV charger installations.

Eric was excellent. Very responsive, professional, and patient with all my questions. He didn't try to up-sale me, but provided me options when I asked about future-proofing my set up (e.g., bigger gauge, hardwire vs plug-in, etc). He was very knowledgeable on the EVSE (i got a ChargePoint), and was very flexible with exactly where I wanted it set up, including the conduit and outlet placement. Did everything in less than 90 minutes. Would highly recommend for any EV charger and panel upgrade needs.
