etd electrical services provided friendly and experienced customer service. they did work for us inside the house and outside the house. their prices were fair, and they answered all our questions. we would highly recommend them. thanks to them our outdoor water fountain is flowing beautifully, the lights above our built in book case is a perfect addition to highlighting our books, and momentos, our outdoor motion security lights on either side of our lanai make us feel more protected, and the sconces on either side of our tv which shed light upwards and downwards are a great addition to the wall itself. thank you etd ! phil & anna gonnella

The company sent me an estimate online that I accepted for $390, and they did great work - they stopped halfway through and left a chandelier on the floor for a week until they could get back to complete the work, and they did a great job. The problem was that when they left, the installer called the office letting them know they were done, and then came back in saying, ""I am the bearer of bad news - the price is now $666."" So I called the office, saying I had signed an estimate for $390, and there was no additional work completed - so the owner gets on the phone and says, ""Open the estimate"" so I did, and AFTER I signed the estimate of $390, they somehow changed the total to $499! I clicked on the same link and the PDF had been changed. The owner (Wendy) said that it didn't matter, that wasn't the price anyway - it was now $666. I asked how that could be, and she said, ""Our prices are fluid, and that's just the way it is."" So I said I'd pay the $390, but nothing more, and she said she would put a lien on my house if I didn't pay the $666. The worker just shook his head and said that he was in the middle, but understood my concern. I could understand if there was other work done, but there wasn't - and they didn't even complete the simple job in one shot, they had to leave it undone and come back a week later. This seems really strange. I would avoid using this company, as you cannot trust their quotes!

I found ETD Electrical through the Home Depot Professionals Network and booked with them to have 2 fans installed, one in which required scaffolding. They were very friendly and responsive. The night before our appointment, we cleared the whole living room area so that it was ready when the tech came -- well, no tech came. Instead, I received a phone call at 8:56am that their trailer carrying their scaffolding equipment had 2 flat tires. Mind you, my appointment was at 9:00am-9:30am. This made me upset because we had moved all the furniture out of the living room so they would have ample space to work and they call me right before my appointment to let me know that we need to re-schedule and their earliest was 2 weeks away. I couldn't do this because my fans had already been purchased weeks ago and I wanted to be able to return it in 30 days if there was a defect so I called and asked them to return my deposit so I can go with another company since this was no fault of my own. Thankfully, they did so one star for great customer service. Other than that, it was not a good experience.

ETD Electrical was great... I found them by requesting an electrician when I bought my ceiling fan on the Home Depot website. Eric the electrician was fabulous in all ways, a kind human who likes you to feel good about the work and very informative on what he is doing, explaining whys and hows. Wendy who responds to your calls was in all ways professional to all my questions and needs.
Thank you for putting up my fan which looks awesome to say the least. Their pricing is also reasonable.
I'll be contacting you next time I need an electrical work done and will ask for Eric. Thanks again!

ETD Electrical Services has done several jobs for me, all with excellent workmanship and professionalism. Whether planned large jobs or small emergency service calls, Eric has always come through for me. Eric has done the following for me so far:
- Rewired my home and installed three new panels
- Prepared my home for a generator.
- Added a panel and run electrical to an out-building next to the house.
- Trenched, installed conduit, pulled wire, added a panel, and ran electrical to an out-building that is approximately 300 feet from the house.
- Performed after hours emergency service on a septic pump that had electrical issues one evening.

ETD Electrical is the only company I will be calling for my future electrical needs.

Note that the same owner also runs a Solar business under ETD Solar Services, LLC. You can expect the same exceptional quality with their solar installations as I have received with their electrical services.

Eric showed up exactly on time and assessed my situation quickly. I had a previous quote to move the switch inside the pool cage of over $700. I decided a better way to go would be a smart switch that I could control with my phone, but all smart switches I looked at required a neutral wire and I did not have that. Eric opened the box, took a quick look and showed me where the neutral would connect so I could replace the switch myself...and said there was no charge for that. Who does that? Finding a reliable, honest and fair priced service provider is difficult at best, but once you find your guy he's your guy forever. Thanks, Eric. Sincerely appreciate what you did and will contact you for all future needs. I'll also keep your card in my wallet in case anyone I run into needs a reliable ""guy"". Keep doing what you do and you will grow a great business.
