Estey Electric replaced an old electrical panel that was pretty sketchy after years of adding circuits by previous owners. It was a complicated job with the panel recessed in brick. Their work and attention to detail was exactly what I was hoping for when we decided to go with them for this project. They worked with us on price and made sure that our needs were met. We now have a UL listed panel with breakers that will actually trip if overloaded. Thank you to the Estey Electric team for giving us a little more peace of mind.

Estey Electric is great to work with- they have a great team.
We have used them for some complicated lighting, attic fans and other upgrades.
Dave took the time to come over multiple times for estimates and ideas. He even met with us and our architect on site.
They saved us when the ""snowpocalypse"" came last year and came the next day to help set up a portable generator for us.

Estey's wife solicited me and others for the Best of Nevada County so I wrote to her: Sorry Fiona, no vote from me.  Your husband came over and was very thorough looking at our electrical panels including taking pictures but that is where it ended.  He did NOT send us a quote for upgrading our generator.  I sent him an email asking why we have not heard from him and he said he was out of town but would have the office send us the bid.  That did NOT happen so I sent one more email asking him if he could recommend someone as evidently he was too busy.  No reply so No vote. No response is typical of businesses in Nevada County...
