If you know what you are looking at, then no need to write anything here. He was on time, on budget, did everything that my house needed and more. I had the panel upgraded, a secondary ground installed, a whole home surge added and a generator hookup with a lockout installed.

Keith is amazing! Called him to give me an estimate to change out all electrical boxes. Total of four units and a laundry room, install new dryer switches and replace breaker boxes inside each units and the main breakers by the meter. I got a timely and professional quote that was under expectations, permits were pulled in a timely manner and work stated the next day. Keith showed up on time and explained the process, took his time did the work, was very organized and professional, clean working area and made sure to patch any holes in the wall and repaint with existing color. Very neat work and would recommend to anyone for quality and professional work at a decent price.

Well, over the weekend I had the pleasure of having my 52 year old electrical panel replaced by Keith from Essex Electrical Service. Without a doubt, Keith is one of the nicest persons I have ever met. He was there when he said he would be and completed the job on time. When he arrived on the job, he told me to pull up a chair and keep him company as he worked. This told me right away that he was very transparent and confident in what he was about to do. His work ethics are second to none and he doesn't believe in taking breaks until the job is completed. Oh, I almost forgot, he also replaced my outside panel and added a transfer switch so that I can now use my small Honda 2000 generator for the fridge and a small 5000btu AC unit in our master bedroom Before, I had cables running all over the house and it was a mess. His pricing is more than reasonable plus he offers a lifetime warranty on his work. You just can find a better person to handle your electrical needs. Thanks, Keith, for a job well done. I'm putting you on speed dial for anything electrical in trhe future.

My father in law's electricity completely gave out. We waited all day for FPL to come by to take a look. They kept telling us that there was power going to the meter and we had to call an electrician. We called one of those 24 hour emergency places and they came by and the ""electrician"" told us he couldn't touch the problem that is was FPL's problem (and charged us $200 for nothing).
I found Keith on Yelp and Angie's list and after reading Wayne A.'s review decided to give him a call.
He was very understanding and offered to go over to take a look. By the time I arrived he had assessed the problem and turned on the electricity!
