This is how business should be done! David answered my inquiry the same day squeezed me in came and fixed what I needed in my kitchen. I had ALOT of issues! David sent his team back within a few days and they finished EVERYTHING and got everything working same day! They were all very friendly and polite they were on time and was very clear about pricing which was very competitive. They set the expectation, letting me know what was going on throughout the whole process. I love that this is family owned and operated they did an awesome job! I will definitely be using them for all my electrical needs.

On Sunday the electricity to our entire house shut down. Temperatures were reaching for 102°. I had to use my phone to search for an electrician to help us. Many websites said they were closed...or they were too far away.
Then I phoned Espy's Electrical Service. A voicemail, instructed me to send a text message explaining our situation. I did so, and within a few minutes, I received a phone call back from David. He was very professional and kind. Even though it was a Sunday, sweltering hot, and circumstances were that David was an hour's drive away, he still said he would come right away.
Within an hour, David was at our house and was able to resolve our electrical problem. He was cheerful and caring. My husband and I were so appreciative and wanted to give him a tip, which he declined. If we have electrical problems in the future, I will definitely call Espy's Electrical Service. If I could give more than five stars for David, I certainly would.

I don't review very often but these guys are going to be my go-to electricians. Besides giving a good, straight up price, the absolute deal-maker was the level of trust they instilled from what they said, their execution, and follow through. Jonathan was exceptionally respectful and detailed throughout the job starting from the front door. The job was relatively small with just a couple of 3-way dimmers and gfci switches to be installed and was quoted as such. It turned out to to take a lot longer than anticipated as Jonathan worked to eliminated all possibilities when the switches didn't work. I was impressed with Jonathan's ethics in working through the problem and David's professionalism in supporting him from the office when problems arose. In the end, they stuck with the original quote (minus the hardware cost since since I used my own switches) even though they spent more man hours than was anticipated. I wish I can share more details of the experience and results here but to keep it short, I'll be calling these guys again.

I put a Yelp service request for an electrician super early in the morning and I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Espys rather quickly( 7:45am). They quoted me a price and were at my house within a couple hours. David was clear and concise with his communication and the electrician who arrived (Jonathan) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I generally search for companies with a large number of reviews but from the get go I felt extremely comfortable with Espys . I was beyond satisfied with the service and I already had them quote me on future work that I want to get done. In terms of price, Espys was extremely competitive with some of the larger companies quoting me almost double. If you are looking for quality work and a reasonable price , I highly suggest giving Espys a call. Thanks guys, my family and I appreciate your work.
