We had outdoor lights, a pool light, and electrical outlets in our Redlands house that suddenly did not work any more. We reached out to Espys for a service quote, and a technician agreed to come out the next day at our convenience for a very reasonable fee.

Two electricians arrived at the appointed hour; quickly diagnosed the problem as a stuck switch in the electrical panel that presented like it had not tripped; reset the problem switch; and tightened two electrical wall outlets and replaced the cover plates. Right after the electricians left, I asked Diane to test an upstairs light just to make sure that all necessary adjustments had been made, and she found that a light switch did not work. We called, and both electricians turned around to return to our house. They were back within five minutes. Then we learned that, coincidentally, only a light bulb attached to the non-working switch had burned out. The burned out bulb was replaced by a new one that we had available, and everything was back to normal electrically.

We appreciated the swift service; competent work; reasonable price; and willingness to return to the house right after being alerted of another discovered problem. Espys will thus be our go-to service provider for any future electrical needs that arise at our Redlands home.

Highly recommend this business. He replaced my doorbell transformer without a problem. Had questions on it a week later when Best Buy was installing my doorbell camera and he quickly answered by questions. He just started his business at the beginning of the year but has many years of experience in this industry. I will definitely use this business in the future!

I am very happy with the service that Jonathan and David had provided me. I thought it will take them some time to solve my issue but they were able to do so in an hour. My issue is pretty challenging as i had an open neutral -- it took me a day to figure out what my issue was thinking that it has something to do with my circuit breaker. A friend of mine helped me out to determine what the issue was and learning the symptoms and looking for it using google gave us some idea of what it is.

Doing some more searches tells me that resolving it won't be easy; it can cause a fire if not properly fixed.

I checked yelp and found Espys. They only have a few reviews but they were the first one that replied; in their reply, they gave some notes to try first before escalating it to them (check the circuit board and the gfci) so that gave me a good impression that they will just help me out if it is a real problem.

I was not disappointed; they verified it themselves on the open neutral. They did some more tests and looked for the source of the issue and found that one other outlet (that seems to be fine) was the problem. They fixed it and that's done.

I am really satisfied with their professionalism and impressed with their knowledge and their quality of work -- they are very recommendable.

I had problem with a breaker flipping during hot weather. David and his bro Johnny came out and evaluated the issue. They replaced some breakers and kept me informed of what was going on. They were polite and professional. Reasonable price. I'll hire them again.
