Recommended Customer Reviews

Espinoza went beyond his duty to help me mount Starlink in Irvine home and also mount the antennae along the way. Great service and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this service.

Part of me wonders if this review is over critical because I'm an engineer, but I don't think so. I'm just going to write what I noticed and let you be the judge of whether my rating is on point or not.
We were going to install a Starlink dish up on our roof and had purchased all the necessary hardware and I even designed, pre drilled and painted a block that would allow the mount to clear the shingles. We just needed someone to install it because our roof is two stories high (with high ceilings), we didn't have a ladder and I'm afraid of heights.
Scheduling was kind of crazy because we weren't given a time, just a day. I texted to let me know when they were coming so I could meet them but never got a text back. I just got a call from my wife saying the dish installer was there. Luckily she was home to answer the door.
Rudy the technician who performed the installation was friendly and was easy to talk to. Though I question some of his methods. Specifically, that he used the mounting screws (which were more like really thick bolts) to ""drill"" the pilot holes. This defeats the purpose of drilling pilot holes as the reason for drilling pilot holes is to prevent the wood from splitting when using large screws. He also didn't use the silicone sealant that came with the installation kit to provide a waterseal around the fastener and reinforce the wood.
I requested the router be placed in our 2nd story study room, but Rudy insisted it was okay in the attic crawl space. I figured it was fine, but I am concerned of overheating the router from the high temperatures up there in the summer, and will have to route the cable myself.
When we called to make the appointment we were quoted a range of $180 to $250. Ultimately we were charged $225, I expected it to be on the lower end considering we provided all the hardware and there was no complex routing of the cable done (it literally went into the attic through a hole on the side of the roof).
If you're wondering why I didn't say any of this during the installation. Some things he had already done before I could say anything, like predrilling with the bolt. There were other things that I feel he wouldn't have done unless I said something like routing the cable properly through the mount (he just let it hang on the outside of the tube) then to place the cable cover on the bottom of the mount after routing it through. After a while I felt like I was telling him how to do his job and I shouldn't have to do that.

Rudy is the guy, you should reach out to when you need any electronic installation. I had a really nice experience for installing my property cameras with Rudy from Espinoza Installation. They are very kind, hard working, punctual, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic people to hire for installation job. Is anybody thinking of working on Thanksgiving day? I would say NO, but, these guys are hard working people would do that. Thanks Rudy for all the work you have done for my cameras security system installation job. Keep it up.

When you move AND it's Súper bowl weekend, you need tv ASAP. I needed satellite installation and Rudy was clutch. I found him on Yelp. He was very professional and accommodating. Rudy and team showed up on time and ready. They were able to remove the dish from my previous residence and custom mount the dish onto the chimney (to not damage the new roof). They installed my Directv dish and equipment for a very reasonable price.
The more I opened up to Rudy the more I found out what he can do. I found a great bargain on security cameras at Costco and Rudy was able to mount, wire, and setup everything. Rudy is very knowledgeable in security devices and helped me understand how to use the product I purchased. He was also able to install a tv wall mount. The job took a few days and he was able adjust to my flexible schedule. I really enjoyed the quality, security, work he did. Thanks Rudy!
