Had my AC installed two years ago by these guys. They explained I would need a larger furnace to take care of my whole home. I had purchased the furnace 6 months before this. The guy who owns this place says well I can take it and sell it for you since I deal in this industry. I'll just take a cut of the money and send you the rest. Seemed logical to me and at the time I thought what a relief. Two years later the guy won't even return my phone calls. Hopefully, this warning to all of you that they will steal from you cost them enough business to recoup my loss

We added an A/C unit in an additional room, and ordered a specific sized unit. The work was done and completed, luckily, a few days later, I had friends come over and one of them has worked in the HVAC industry. He checked my new unit and told me what size was installed.

I paid for a specific bigger size because of the size of the room, and Eskimo Air installed a size smaller but still charged me for the bigger size. A layman would not know the difference, thankfully I had someone that knows what they were doing, take a look at it.

John Rodriguez who owns the company said it was their mistake, but that shows the incompetence of this company. My friend who spotted the wrong size said that anyone in the industry would catch that, so it makes me question this companies ethics.

I would not recommend them AT ALL!!!!

Two years ago, Eskimo Air installed a new A/C unit in my home. Soon after the installation, I had to call them back and they came out and fixed the problem. I am now experiencing several issues with the A/C. I called and left a message and John called me back. He told me to e-mail him so he could send someone out. I did as he asked and no one ever came. I sent (2) more e-mails and have left (3) voice messages for John and have NEVER received a response back. WOW! I guess after they get your $6,000, you go into the ""circular file""! If you are looking for a company to install new A/C, you may want to think twice about hiring Eskimo Air. After they get your $, they won't remember you!

My Dad Called Eskimo Air came out to our place in Gardena, CA.
Eskimo Air installed 3 new AC units with new filter and racks.
We found out one of our New AC units Did not have filter and racks installed in one of the units. we asked The Owner John Rodriguez to install the right one in the AC unit. He refused to correct the problem.
So we called some one to fix it.
we asked Eskimo Air to pay$ of the fix to the AC. Eskimo Air did not.

They did a great job...air conditioning works great and I am grateful..however 6 weeks later, I realize that family heirloom jewelry I had hidden in the attic was missing..my mistake for hiding it there.

My AC went out last night so I called Eskimo Air. I have had no prior experience with them so needless to say, I was a bit anxious about it all. They called me first thing in the morning, and John was at my house at 8am. Within minutes (15 mins or so) he was able to diagnose the problem, troubleshoot, and fix the AC ... and at a reasonable cost as well. Thanks John for being prompt, responsive and professional. You saved the day!
