The day before Thanksgiving, I called Erwin Electric at noon because my 2 year olds' room wasn't getting power and rather than put me on the schedule for a few days in the future, they coordinated a technician (Brad) to come by my house on his way home to help me out.

Honestly, it's nearly impossible to find service like this in any industry, so I can't say enough about how impressed I am.

To top it off, the rate was very reasonable and less than what I expected.
