Got here within the first 15 minutes of the appointment time window Was able to schedule a same day appointment when all their competitors couldn't get out for a couple of days. Dane was super friendly and helpful. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem within a few minutes after arriving. Great service and wonderful people to deal with. Everything was electronic and didn't have to use any paper a great plus. Thank you Erkies and Dane for fixing my AC.

We could not be more pleased! We arrived in Palm Springs during the heat wave and found no cool air blowing from our AC. Our gratitude goes to the scheduler and repairmen for squeezing us in at the end of the day. They were so kind, courteous and conscientious. Jerry and Vincent did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent. My appointment was set with an estimated arrival time betwwen 9am and 11am. I was advised I would receive a call prior to arrival. The day of my appointment, Jerry contacted me at 8:55am and advised of his estimated arrival time. I have a stack washer dryer and they took great care in removing the unit from the confined space and did an excellent job of replacing the vent hose and place the unit back in place with no damage. While Jerry was working on the dryer vent, Vincent adjusted my air conditioning vents for better air flow. An added plus, Yelp coupon for additional discount.

Outstanding service and follow up. I have a second home in Palm Springs and recently encountered a problem with my air conditioning unit. I placed a call after hours to Erkies and they responded immediately with a very professional technician who quickly diagnosed the problem. They provided frequent updates on the status of the repair and had my system back up and running the day that the replacement part arrived. Maybe it's because I am used to the terrible service of ""everything LA"" but these guys are top notch. I called after hours just to see if I could get anyone to come to my place to service my AC. (It took forever to chill after sitting for a few weeks.) Somebody actually picked up. He took all of my information and said that I would get a call in the morning at 9a to schedule an appointment. That happened. She got me scheduled for the next hour. One hour later, they showed up. He was awesome. He inspected my unit, cleaned it, got up in my attic and serviced my unit. He explained where my coolant level should be and said it was a tiny bit low but that it wasn't necessary to refill it. Imagine that, no up sell! He asked me about my heating needs in the winter too. He said that I had a lot of dust in my unit but that nothing was going bad and everything was in perfect working order. He then charged me the $79.99 which was exactly what was quoted to me on the phone.. In summary, on time, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I will never call another AC/Electrical place in Palm Springs. They've got my business. Excellent people, excellent service.

What a great experience I just had. Staying at a friend's house in Palm Springs and the A/C went out. We called Erkie's and they quoted the best price for sending out a technician for diagnosis. The technician, Jamie, arrived on time with 15 minutes head up as we requested. He was professional and diligent. Jamie diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then performed full regular maintenance on the system. Very inexpensive, very professional, and very thorough. What more could you ask for?

I just love this company! 2x now they have bailed me out of a sticky situation. First as having some vents replaced whuch magically dissappeared one day. Quick, professional and solid value. The second time was recently. Had two new guests staying at my house for the weekend and out of nowhere, no warning, the AC stopped working in June!?!

I got some pretty perturbed texts from my guest at 9pm and really had no idea what to do since I was in Seatle on business! No problem for Erkies-they dispatched a tech and within 1hr or so he arrived fixed the problem and left an invoice for me to pay during business hours or online! PHEW!

Again, fast, professional, thorough (made some recommendations) and on their way. Great service great prices, cant say enough good about my experiences! And in Palm Springs and the desert communities, I have found that good, reliable, consistent help is like gold! And Erkies may be the standard!

I was lucky enough to get Dane, The Owner, himself to come out and install my dining room chandelier. He was on time, professional, courteous and made the installation a snap!
