Please STOP and read this entire post BEFORE going to Eric's RV. This should be ZERO stars. Sorry for the long review but this needs to be said. We are business owners as well and in our 15 years in business have NEVER treated a customer like we have been treated here. We did make an appointment and dropped off our 2007 RV to have the roof re-caulked on a sunny Wednesday morning. They did not give us a completion date and we were asked to pay half the cost up front?? (That should have been a red flag).

Fast forward to the following Monday. We had to call THEM to see when it would be done. They could not tell us. It started raining and THEN they decided to remove and replace the caulking? They worked outside in the rain because they said they had another RV in the garage. They got it done and charged our credit card without us even inspecting the work first. (unethical) We had to pick it up in the dark so we could not inspect until the following day. When we brought it home, we found that water had leaked into the bathroom and soaked the cabinet above the toilet and water was all over the floor. In our 13 years of owning it, we have never had this happen.

My Husband climbed on the roof the next day and found that some of the caulking had not been replaced. He took pictures then spoke to Eric about it. Eric stated he inspected it himself. We were planning on another repair with Eric and he again asked for half up front. My Husband said not until the caulking was addressed. Eric then proceeded to call my Husband an a-hole and that he was a difficult customer. Then told him F You. What ever happened to customer service?

I was invited to text this company and asked a question. I was referred by text to the service department. I called and the mailbox was closed. When I texted back, I was told they were closed. This is the kind of thing that makes me worry about what Kind of service I would get, so I told them to forget it.

I called Eric's RV repair because my refrigerator throw a code and the owners manual said it would have to go in for service to be fixed. A real nice helpful lady answered the phone and had me send a pic of the barcode thing inside the fridgeand would have Eric call me back if he could help over the phone. She called back and they walked me through what to do and BAM!!! The fucker works again! Saved me $300 dollars. . Good customer service isn't dead after all!

We made an appointment and explained everything that needed to be done. Eric listened to our concerns and assured us he can do it. I called for a quote and the lady on the phone didn't ask any troubleshooting questions about the problem or location of RV, she just said it's $150 per hour and a minimum of 2 hours, plus a 45 min drive time. A total of ""about $450"" just to have someone come out and take a look at what's going on.

At that rate I expect a much higher level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

I found a youtube video on how to diagnose and fix the problem. It was easy to fix it myself and the parts where less then $30 online.

It's rare in this day and age when you call a company with an emergency and someone does everything possible to help you. We are so thankful for Eric's RV. We were planning to leave on a big trip when we noticed an electrical issue with a few of our outlets. Sparks were flying. Last thing we needed was an electrical fire while travelling. Not only did they fix our problem - they fixed some of the mistakes the manufacturer made when installing the electrical outlets to begin with. Seriously .... helping people in a crunch - and providing service like this - will makes customers for life! Thank you!
