Great customer service and fast repair done on my 2013 travel trailer by Ericks RV . We had ongoing issues with our furnace that was looked into by 2 other repair shops. Ericks had it diagnosed and fixed in a day. They also have a storefront for RV parts! Very pleased with my experience.

We bought a used A-Frame trailer that needed some work. I called two places and Eric's was the one I went with. I just loved their customer service over the phone. We made an appointment and explained everything that needed to be done. Eric listened to our concerns and assured us he can do it. Eric and Samantha kept in constant contact with us to give us updates. The time came to pick it up and wow! what an amazing job! Thank you for everything you guys did! Hats off to Nelson too

I called for a quote and the lady on the phone didn't ask any troubleshooting questions about the problem or location of RV, she just said it's $150 per hour and a minimum of 2 hours, plus a 45 min drive time. A total of ""about $450"" just to have someone come out and take a look at what's going on.

At that rate I expect a much higher level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

I found a youtube video on how to diagnose and fix the problem. It was easy to fix it myself and the parts where less then $30 online.

It's rare in this day and age when you call a company with an emergency and someone does everything possible to help you. We are so thankful for Eric's RV. We were planning to leave on a big trip when we noticed an electrical issue with a few of our outlets. Sparks were flying. Last thing we needed was an electrical fire while travelling. Not only did they fix our problem - they fixed some of the mistakes the manufacturer made when installing the electrical outlets to begin with. Seriously .... helping people in a crunch - and providing service like this - will makes customers for life! Thank you!

As a first time customer of Eric's RV Repair I was very pleased with how well things went. I bought my 25' class C motorhome (2015 Sunseeker by Forest River) from Happy Daze. I was plagued with constant repairs and warranty work and many 50 mile round trips to their shop. After the warranties expired I tried Prairie City RV in Folsom. I called and left a message. A nice lady called me back and asked me what the problem was and I explained everything to her. She said she would let Eric know and he would call me back. At first I thought this was a little weird. But within two hours Eric called me back. he said it was probably just a fuse in my converter and showed me how to get to it. He was very good at explaining it and didn't charge me a thing.

Sitting up in a KOA freezing, no heat, no stove. Eric answered his phone, unlike a few other places. Told me the cost to travel up here, then in detail explained what I might try to fix the problem. He also took the time to tell me the regulator that I would need if it did not work and recommended someone who is closer to where I am. Thank you Eric for your honesty and integrity.
