I called today to have a new frame and door put on my Class C motorhome water heater. I was told they now have a mobile service and would I be interested. They could come this afternoon. Eric, the owner, came and completed the work. This is the second time I have called them for repairs and each time it has been great! Eric is extremely knowledgeable. I am thrilled that now they have a mobile service, especially for smaller jobs. I would definitely recommend them.

Eric and Sarah are awesome. Took my rig in for a laundry list of needed repairs and a few upgrades too (new solar panels, new batteries, roof reseal, furnace service, a leak repair, and some misc. custom work) Fantastic service and amazing quality work. Expect a diagnostic charge to begin with especially for anything exploratory and be patient allowing time to get the job done right. Eric takes great pride in his work and has decades of experience. Eric's RV will be my go to shop for all my Rig's future needs.

Went to Eric's to have a new shunt and battery monitor installed for my battery system and solar set up. Outside of the quality workmanship, friendly customer service and above and beyond efforts-Eric and technician I worked with, Dan, are just people you want to work with. You can tell quality and customer service is important to them and I would give them 6 stars if allowed.

I been using Eric's RV for a couple years now. I'm always amazed at the quality of work and knowledge. I recently converted from wet cell batteries to lithium in my Tiffin motorhome. A fair amount of customization was need to unstall the batteries and battery isolation manager. They did a first class job. Then spent time with me to explain the setting for my inverter/charger. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Lesson learned. If a company demands a 2 hour minimum payment upfront (before any ""work"" is started) then walk away. They probably don't know what they are doing and are just trying to take your money regardless of outcome.
My propane system on my van was not working and they eventually (in that two hr time frame) determined that it was probably the tank itself but they don't repair tanks. I wish they had disclosed that upfront because I would've gone elsewhere.
They ordered two hinges for my freezer door, which was not staying shut, and after they ""fixed it"" tried to convince me that it was supposed to sag partway open, which is not true. I will end up fixing it myself. total waste of $300

We needed to have our shower door reinstalled because my wife failed to latch the door before we came home from one of our trips. The shower door was swinging back and forth on the way home and it compromised how the door was secured to the shower frame.
We took the trailer to Eric's RV Repair and Jose was able to use his incredible skills and re secure the door. It now works as if it was new.
These guys are skilled and they are reasonably priced on their work. I can recommend Eric's for any of your RV repairs.
