Great service. They have replaced my RV refrigerator and macerator hose and, most recently, searched out an electrical charging problem. Turns out the electrical problem was due to a failed plug adapter which was cheaply replaced. I highly recommend them.

I had a good experience with Eric's RV Repair. They were able to accommodate my schedule for an A/C replacement/swap.

I provided the new unit and they did find an issue. This was a high possibility due to the shipper/delivery and how they shipped it. This was a known issue, so I had no questions this was an issue with the new unit. They completed the install and made the fix to the unit in a timely manner. Pricing is not the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive. The quality of work and pricing is a great value.

Note: They will only work what is on the work order. If you have additional work you need done, such as inspect something, you need to put it on the work order. Otherwise for efficiency, they will not look at it.

Overall, I had a good experience with Eric's and I will most likely come back or recommend for future services.

Took my travel trailer to have the p-trap in shower repaired. Manufacturer did a real bad job on the installation and the tech was able to figure it out and replaced with all new parts. Did an excellent job. Was accomplished in quick time and explained everything they did.

To be very clear, I never said anything about the tone of the woman's voice. The voice on the phone was not rude she simply only wanted to talk about money. Even though I explained my issue ~ it came right down to money, BTW $ wasn't an issue for me. Perhaps more training before answering the phone would be beneficial.

Please STOP and read this entire post BEFORE going to Eric's RV. This should be ZERO stars. Sorry for the long review but this needs to be said. We are business owners as well and in our 15 years in business have NEVER treated a customer like we have been treated here. We did make an appointment and dropped off our 2007 RV to have the roof re-caulked on a sunny Wednesday morning. They did not give us a completion date and we were asked to pay half the cost up front?? (That should have been a red flag).

Fast forward to the following Monday. We had to call THEM to see when it would be done. They could not tell us. It started raining and THEN they decided to remove and replace the caulking? They worked outside in the rain because they said they had another RV in the garage. They got it done and charged our credit card without us even inspecting the work first. (unethical) We had to pick it up in the dark so we could not inspect until the following day. When we brought it home, we found that water had leaked into the bathroom and soaked the cabinet above the toilet and water was all over the floor. In our 13 years of owning it, we have never had this happen.

My Husband climbed on the roof the next day and found that some of the caulking had not been replaced. He took pictures then spoke to Eric about it. Eric stated he inspected it himself. We were planning on another repair with Eric and he again asked for half up front. My Husband said not until the caulking was addressed. Eric then proceeded to call my Husband an a-hole and that he was a difficult customer. Then told him F You. What ever happened to customer service?
