We have a 2017 Vilano under warranty and we lost the trailer brakes. Called dealership and they offered no assistance. Called manufacturer and they advised to call mobile rv repair and they would reimburse .Eric was extremely helpful providing troubleshooting which lead to the issue and we were able to restore the brakes. We are very appreciative of his offer of phone assistance and we will definitely use him for any future repairs.
Great service, in particular his attention to detail. Eric took plenty of time with us (before, during & after the service). Fair and up-front costs. A very positive experience. We intend to bring our business back to him.
Kurt Y.Wanted to share my brief experience with this business. My fridge on my RV stopped working. It is a pain for me to get my rig out of it's storage, so I bit the bullet and called a mobile (Eric's RV) shop to please come fix. Over the phone a nice lady helped diagnose, and suggest a fix I could do, without having them come out. Long story short, fridge works, money saved. When you find a business this honest, you should give them a shot. Thanks guys!
Vanessa B.Outstanding job on the repairs to our trailer. Eric is very focused on details and does an excellent job fixing damage to trailers with hard to find parts. Really happy with our final product and can't say anything bad about the quality of the work done. Also completed timely. Pricing is in the middle to middle high, but you can't put a price on safety and workmanship!
We were in West Sacramento, California, and two days before we were to check out of the rv park, our motor coach would not start. I found Eric on the internet, called and even though he had a busy schedule, he stated he would help me out. Eric arrived early the next day. Eric's
faith, knowledge, and excellent workmanship got us rolling again. Keep the faith, Eric!
I'd give him more stars, but 5 is tops on this website.
I've been going here four years. I've got a 2004 Monaco and have had him repair body damage twice, that was pretty extensive. The quality of body work is superior. We are pretty OCD about such things and the fiberglass work and paint blend perfectly with the original.
They have also done several mechanical repairs and the rates are fair, if not less expensive than most, and the time they bill is less than I've seen at other places for similar jobs.
Diagnosing problems is quick. Eric seems to know what is wrong just from the problem description. For example, My A/C was having issues. After taking it to two places, and having the problem re-occur, I tried Eric's RV. They recognized the issue, and showed me what was wrong in about 15 minutes, ordered the part and fixed it.
I've been going here ever since.
Scott J.We found ourself's in need of a new ZipDee awning after a small wind storm out on I5. Well these awnings are not easy to acquire. We were referred to Eric's RV from a mutual client, they did a spectacular job and in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend Eric's RV Repair to anybody in need of a courteous, reliable and fair RV repair facility.
Gale D.I have been a client of this business for a few years with our very nice Leisure travel RV. It's a 1997, but in excellent shape. They were our ""go to"" as we live in Gold River and it was close and reasonably priced. I just called and asked for an appt, and was told since Jan-2015 they won't service anything older than 2000. I replied that we are established clients, and should be grandfathered in, as our van is very well cared for, and they've seen it as recently as last fall. This made no impression, she was adamant. Hmph. I feel more than a little insulted. We do not own a POS RV that needs to be filtered from your client base. We have pride of ownership, and care our vehicles. Also why buy into the the ""gotta have new"" mindset. Care for what you have and there's less in the landfills and junkyards. I also have 1997 Buick riviera in immaculate condition and 1996 chevy truck in the same condition. Look at my reviews of Maita Chevrolet, and they know how to treat customers. This place does not. I was absolutely stunned. It was insulting to have this conversation, as though I have to beg to be seen. Thats what she wanted - for me to persuade her into seeing our RV. I felt like it was an audition. I let her know I was unhappy her attitude. To which she replied my attitude wasn't warming her heart. It's my take on the situation that the new policy statements she made, set the tone for the conversation, not my responses. That receptionist has the nerve of a sore tooth to imply that her actions and words aren't rude and discourteous. You can have offensive policies, and be sweet in your tone of voice when you deliver a nasty mean spirited message. It doesn't make it professional or polite. Eric's has the right to run their business the way they see fit, and I have to right to blast them on social media, and find another RV repair.
Since our 4th of July trip we stopped by Eric's as we thought we had a gas leak, however it wasn't at all and it was an easy solution. I recommend Eric's to anyone needing advice or repairs. We were all ready to leave for our 4th of July RV trip to the coast when we realized we had no power to our refrigerator & lights. We checked our batteries, our fuses all our electrical connections , all was good.
Eric who was booked solid till the 4th & his office person talked to us over the phone till Eric guided us to the problem & helped us solve it.
They took time out of their busy day to make our vacation possible.
We are his customer for life.
Thanks Eric! Carolyn and Shellie
Wendy G.I can't say enough... Eric and Andree went above and beyond. We had a ""mooshy"" floor in our bathroom in our trailer. Eric was able to trace it back to the water heater----Insurance approved! They are very knowledgeable in the industry. I would ...and have... recommended them to friends and family. I will return. They also carry the basic parts and chemicals. AWESOME! They are now my ""go to"" repair shop for our RV needs! Eric takes the time to listen to your needs, Andree makes it happen! We are thinking of sola install in future---they will be the one who does it! THANKS AGIAN!
