I wish I could give Elias Ramos -1 star but yelp doesn't give me the option to do so. I want to give a fair warning to you as customer if you choose to use ""Elias Ramos "" to be your professional electrician. I will list all the horrible experiences 1 by 1 for you to see the difference timing , circumstances that I have to go thru with this guy. You don't have to believe me, but at least you have my story in the back of your mind. So you can act or do some type of paper work before you go into the job with him. He got the work done at my house in May 2022. The job done in "" Ok "" condition
1. He always left the job site dirty , never clean up after , I will attached the pictures so you can have some ideas how he works

2. He likes to joke a lot sound like a good guy relax but when you tried to sit down and talk to him about service example , I need to change my lamp he said 100$ just the lamp , and when I walk away said that the price is ridiculous he said ok 60$ , 40$ since you are friend. Then I said ok I'll do it if it's 40$ then he said 40! Just to remove the old lamp and 60$ to install new one. Nothing is free so be nice. He will make you feel stupid and then you feel like no way that you can take this guy seriously

3. He doesn't care that you have to deal with other contractor or anything, if he need his money he will ask right in front of anyone because he wants what he wants , even you have to be done with next step of construction in between
Example : I got inspection but the inspector want me to revise my engineer plan and he couldn't approve electrical plan until my engineer need to revise the floor plan to make it right by the city code. And it took time. Now in the middle of no where ( even I told him about the situation arise with city inspector and not from me try to cheat or not paying him ) he texted me that he need money now and he doesn't care what the hell my problem even I already gave me 60% when he start the job.

4. Due to the long wait time , I felt bad that he had to wait so I finally contact him to come back for finishing his electrical work ( not even get approved for the 1st rough inspection yet but I gave him another 25% when he came to correct the inspector note for his electrical work that didn't pass. Then the same day I discussed with him about the AC mini split unit if he can install , he said it would be 800 for him to install DIY AC , one room for free and the other room he does for 800$ ( I will attach pic when he text me that ) and of course as a good electrician you would runs the wire to feed those AC and he text me that he would include those as a gift so he can charge me for connecting the AC 800$ but as how horrible type of unprofessional he always is , he turn around and said he will do only the wire for 550$ just change like that. It have so many occasion of him change from do 2 things for reasonable price down to 1 thing for higher price and he wouldn't be able to explain it clearly to you but turn around finger point at your face saying that you cheat on his work pay.


So until now you probably can tell who he is. So please I beg you ,
1. Don't joke or play around with him. Specially if you are a women , he will manipulate, will do all things to flip his words , change his offer even you have the paper of all the scope of work he will do for you. Just have paper in handy so when he open his hole to complain that the job is way to cheap for what he quote just bring that paper and show to him. So instead of he manipulated to make you feel horrible you just shut him up by said it's all included. *** if you aren't sure about little step detail that need to be done since you aren't electrician, please talk to lot of company do research because Elias Ramos will say he included the step 1 but step 2 to make thing done It will be more money *****

Elias Ramos is the owner and he is only one do all the work. So please know what you doing otherwise this person will corner you and every turn you make he will niggle and dime everything. ALL HE NEEDS IS MONEY and I have text to proof that. Not just I make up story and try to screw someone life. If you gonna do the business with him do it but make sure you got every step of work every scope of work written down. Save yourself headaches along the way. Because this person will not help you just like he picture himself to be. He will quote reasonable price for you and pretending to be your friend and all nice stuff but when you pay 50-60% down payment be ready to know the true color or Elias Ramos. And get your lawyer or court order and his license number ready. Because you will need those.
