Contracted with EPX Group to install a PomCube NetZero Plus backup battery for my home. The vast majority of my contact with EPX prior to installation was with Kendra Thomas. The installation was performed by Jason and his crew. Phil was here for the inspection and finish work.
I rate Kendra with 5 Stars!! What an AWESOME - OVER The Top customer service rep!! Immediate answer to my email questions regardless of the time. I would email a question at 7:30 pm and have her response before 9 pm same day. Another question at 7am with a response by 10 am. She really made the whole process very pleasant. She made me feel as if I was either the owner of the company or the most important customer they had.
Both Jason and Phil, I also rate with 5 Stars. Both of their attention to detail, professionalism, courtesy, patience and genuine desire to make sure I was kept informed of the install process/inspection process. Both Jason and Phil were very happy to answer my 200+ questions about the install and operation of the battery. Their answers were clear and in terms I could understand.
All three - Kendra, Jason and Phil not only met the definition of customer service but exceeded it to the level that they should be used as the role models for others to strive to emulate!!
Because of my experience with them, I will be contracting with EPX Group to install a second battery.
I very rarely write a review but this is a very pleasant exception and I HIGHLY recommend EPX Group for solar/battery or generator installation.

Long over due review. After initial frustrations due to supply chain issues from Geneac. My generator was finally installed a few months ago. Had our first power outage yesterday and the system worked flawlessly! Once power was restored, I did have issues with the system going back on the grid. Made one call to EPX and they got me in touch with the right guy to walk me through getting power back from SDGE. First thing this morning there was someone over from EPX to trouble shoot and make sure that it doesn't happen again.

After nothing but favorable reviews in the Crestline/Lake Arrowhead area, we ordered a Generac backup generator for our Crestline cabin. The installation was a model of professional, courteous and disiciplined service, on time, on budget and just amazingly impressive. The crew chief, Josephine, might be one of the most capable and dedicated individuals I have ever encountered, and the rest of the crew was cut from the same mold. This is a great company, with great people, and it is such a pleasure to be able to-- want to!-say that.

We've been in the market for a generator for about a year and have spoken with several companies. Solar too. I depend on life and death oxygen equipment and power outages are definitely no bueno.

In both cases we never really found a comfort level with any of the generator or solar companies interviewed. Something was always off. And you just can't be too careful, especially for a big cash outlay, a giant investment like this. In the end we opted out of the solar conversation and focused 100% on a stand-by generator.

That's where EPX came in.

I got a call from Jerry Prince. Right off the bat I knew he was a straight shooter and based on my knowledge from previous sessions with other providers I know my stuff and rapidly discovered Jerry did too. Instant comfort factor established. He even came in lower than the other guys and offered a lot more value. For example we didn't intend to power the entire house but that's what we ended up doing because it makes so much sense.

They also fast-tracked our installation date. It was supposed to be in May but we requested sooner and they had an opening and May became March. Fantastic! Two day process. Install guys were easy and conscientious. They walked us through the entire process, capped off two sprinklers for us when installing the dedicated gas line for the Generac, worked around our schedules (twice) when shutting off our power temporarily on Day two, and did a wonderful job cleaning up when they were finished.

Now in the event of power outages we have no more worrying about being without oxygen, which is such an incredible relief I can hardly explain it! Seven year warranty. EPX remotely monitors the generator to make sure all things are working properly and it maintains itself with a six minute automated cycle every other week for maximum performance. Thank you Jerry, Brittany, Mikayla, Cody, Danny, Eric, Jorge and EPX! You guys are great and we appreciate you!

If you're looking for a generator please call EPX Group. FYI, they do solar too. Sounds strange for me to say now but I can't wait for the inevitable power outages. Bring 'em on!

Working with EPX was such a wonderful process. Every person from the office to the install team did an amazing job. The biggest shoutout to the install team with Zach. We had a tricky install due to our layout and plus it was extremely hot weather. The team never complained and genuinely got along. They showed up first thing in the AM and stayed till end of the day for 2 days. They even returned on the 3rd day to make sure everything was buttoned up. To have a generator is a lifesaver and we are really happy we went with EPX.

I have had more experience with contractors than most home owners having built four homes myself. When it comes to contractors there are a lot of losers out there. EPX is NOT one of those.
They recently installed a generator at our home in Julian and I must say everyone from Britney in the office to everyone of the techs that came out on the job were exceptional.
Professional, polite and quick to return phone calls and answer questions.
The way business should be done.

Totally disappointed with the service. Called this company through Costco for whole house generator. have to leave a message with the live answering service, received the phone call from the company 5 days after to book an appointment a week ahead for the middle of the Saturday. I made changes for that day to meet the sales person between 3-4pm . Received the call from sales person at 2:45pm telling me he is almost 2 hours away from me. I asked the sales guy for his office to call me for reschedule since I couldn't stay home and wait for him. So far its been a month haven't received any phone calls back to reschedule that appointment. Seems like they dont want my business. Don't waste your time and call someone else not through Costco.

Did a good job installing a Generac Whole Home Generator system. With permits and concrete work etc. Other than a bit of weather everything went well.
