As a small business owner, I appreciate great service. So today I needed some light electrical work done at my restaurant. I found Epical Electric Services online and took a chance. What a great experience!
Jack Burcie, a master electrician, answered the phone and in less than 2 hours my appliance was up and running. They arrived when they said and did the work very professionally. And to top it off, it was a fair price.
It's hard to find someone to do the occasional small job, but for me and my staff, Epical will get my next call, small or large.
David H.Wow! So impressed with Jack and his team. I had an urgent situation which required a quick response. Jack bent over backwards to get me taken care of.
Prompt, efficient. And the communication was outstanding beginning to end. Definitely recommend.
Do not hire this company!!! Jack does not follow instruction, construction plans or or anything else that you may ask. He does whatever he feels like and then try's to charge you to do it the way they were originally were asked. They don't pay there suppliers or bills either. I have been getting lien intent letters from his suppliers and apparently my projects aren't the only ones not getting paid. I have been in construction many years and have never seen someone do business like this. If you hire them you will regret it immediately. If you have already hired them, don't give them any money until you are satisfied and see that his suppliers have been paid off or you pay for them directly. I would just cut your losses now and find another vendor. Unfortunately it's guys like this that give us all a bad name. I don't typically write on these things but if I can save one person from this company it will be worth it.
Darren M.Owner Jack visited our site and bid the job. Work was awarded at the proposed price based on what we were told was extensive work (2 people, 3 hours). Work was completed in a little over half that time, thankfully in a satisfactory manner. Overpriced given labor content and no parts other than two outlet face plates and some wire to tie into an existing circuit. Paid but did contact owner to communicate dissatisfaction. I was ""wrong"" -- a customer service fail. Cheaper parties around -- check elsewhere. Personally will not use vendor again. Anticipate the reply will mention Saturday work -- his crew was not fully scheduled for Sat and timing worked for us but was not a requirement.
We hired Jack Burcie to do some electrical work at our house for about $1000. Jack failed to tell us that a permit was required for the work. His work did not pass inspection and to bring it up to code he required another $1000! We decided to not throw good money after bad and hired a different company to fix his work and get it up to code.
I highly recommend Epical Electric. Jack B. and his crew were on time and worked efficiently. He explained the work they were doing and his pricing was very reasonable. I asked for extra work while they were there and they handled it quickly. His crew was professional and cleaned up after completing their work.
The quote that Epical gave us for the work was less than half of what others had been giving. They were responsive to messages, thorough, and the inspector said it was a ""nice, sturdy job."" I would highly recommend them.
