My husband and I are really happy we discovered Epic Electric. We had the benefit of dealing directly with the owner Danny and I have to say, he has earned our trust and any future electric needs, we will be going to him.

We upgraded our breaker box / panel from a 100 amp to a 200 amp box. This is something my husband thought would be extremely costly and Epic Electric came through with a very reasonable quote, and also ended up reducing the cost because they had to come back and fix one breaker that wasn't working.

This is where integrity comes into play and Danny really proved himself out to us. Basically, he came out Friday to do the work on the new panel with one of his co-workers. We checked everything and thought we were good to go. It wasn't until Friday evening that we realized the AC breaker wasn't working right as the fan blew hot air. Friday night, I text Danny letting him know of the issue, and it was quite an urgent one as this was in the midst of summer (I'm overdue on leaving this review). Saturday morning, Danny came back to fix it! And we found out in casual conversation with my husband that he was already at a weekend vacation thing with his family 2 hours away, AND HE DROVE 2 HOURS BACK TO OUR PLACE JUST TO FIX THE BROKEN BREAKER and then drove another 2 hours out to return to his weekend vacation plans! And he never complained about it, it just came up more in casual conversation talking about our weekend plans.

Now, that's integrity, that's above and beyond, that's professionalism, that's someone you can trust, that's a personal touch. Epic Electric - and Danny in particular, whom I think is the owner - has earned our loyalty. I think other companies might have waited until Monday, but Danny was not about to let us go a hot summer weekend without AC, and so he personally drove out 2 hours one way to fix the issue and make sure we were good to go. All electrical connections have been working great since then!

We will have many more projects in the future and when we do, we're going straight to Danny and his team.

We needed an electrician to help install our dryer. Our dryer is an electric one, and the plug didn't match the plug in the house, so we hired Epic Electric to install the proper one. Everyone was super friendly, from the lady making the appointment, to the electrician named Derek. They were on time, and the price was better than what other electricians had quoted us. The job done was also a good one. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs an electrician.

Brandon came out to my house to replace a ceiling fan. He was very professional and clean.
When he had completed the job I was not happy that there was a pre-existing hole (previously covered by the old fan base).

Brandon came back out and fixed the issue by applying a larger cover base. Looks great and I am very happy to have a good looking and functioning fan.

I just used Epic Electric to fix a few electrical issues at my business and could not be happier. First, I was able to get an appointment quickly. Then, I liked that I had an email and text almost immediately to confirm my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I received a text that the technician was en route, and he was right on time. He was very friendly and addressed and fixed all of my issues (there were quite a few!). It's so refreshing to use a service that is so professional and gets the job done quickly for us. I will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them to others.

All professional inspection reports come with estimated repair costs, unless you hire Epic Electric. Apparently you have to request the estimates separately. And when you do request them, don't expect to get it!

Owner is very rude and unprofessional. If he believes he sent the report and it was never received wouldn't the professional action be to resend the cost estimate? When we first requested the cost estimate the owner should have reached out to make sure we had received it since it was not included in the original report.

If you offered the cost estimate after hours that's because you know you screwed up and should have included them to begin with. We asked several times about the cost of repairs during the inspection. The owner knows they are wrong and refuses to take responsibility. Rather than defuse the situation he continues to escalate the situation.

Notice he didn't mention anything about improper masking or all the typographical errors in his report.

One thing we both agree on, if you want an electrical inspection for $150 with no estimate of costs Epic Electric is the right company for you.

My husband says you can keep the $150. We don't need it as much as you. Consider it a gift for Kim's 1 star review on my husband's business that she's never been to. Great job, only 2 reviews on her account, a 1 star review on my husband's business and a 5 star review on Epic Electric. Pretty vindictive don't you think?

If you are looking to pay $150 for an unprofessional electrical inspection with no cost estimate - Epic Electric has it!

I strongly do NOT recommend anyone use Epic Electric for an electrical inspection during your inspection period of a new home purchase. They proved to be unprofessional, unreliable, and were not COVID-19 safe.

Although the electrician seemed friendly during the inspection, the report was unprofessional with typographical errors and no cost estimate. When you do an inspection for a new home purchase cost estimates are crucial for asking the seller to pay for repairs before removing the inspection contingency. I would expect a company offering electrical inspections to understand the importance of a professional, complete, and timely inspection report during escrow.

A professional company would have a uniform and CDC recommended mask (gaiters must have 2 layers and cover the mouth and nose). The electrician showed up in street clothes with his underwear showing and a thin single layer gaiter that he could not keep over his nose and mouth - it fell down so many times he might as well have been without a mask.

My issue was the GFI for multiple outlets in my kitchen.
PRO: prompt reply for a request for a quote. Scheduled a visit the same week. Technician arrived within first half hour of their appointment window, troubleshot the issue and recommended a solution. Total time in the house around 1.5 hours
