I recently contracted the services of Envy Electric to solve why my stairway light suddenly didn't work. Peter was very methodical in his analysis and, after trying several things with his arsenal of testers, discovered that I wasn't pulling the full voltage at the switch boxes. Experience told him that a loose connection was the culprit - only question was where it was located. He then proceeded to trace the circuit and opened up all the switches and plugs, but found nothing. Determined to solve the mystery, he tried the only possibility left - a recently installed canned hallway light the was pretty well plastered into the entry ceiling! Patiently, he chipped and cut around the fixture until he was able to extract the housing with no real damage to the ceiling. There he found that whoever installed the fixture didn't even have the connections contained in a protective box and, lo and behold, there it was - the loose connection! Peter was able to install a box within the ceiling and reinstall the fixture without any damage to the ceiling - what a guy! Needless to say, all this time and effort was adding up, but well worth it. But, when it came time to settle for all this work, Peter wouldn't accept anything extra. I was certainly impressed by his work ethic and appreciate the fact that there are still craftsman like him around. Envy Electric has my full endorsement as a winner. Peter is one of the good guys!! - I'd hire him anytime and every time!

Peter is a great, knowledgeable electrician to work with. Besides know his stuff and explaining it well for someone like me who doesn't know electricity, he has excellent customer service.

There was a situation where a space heater blew out the fuse in my house, having a new born I was really worried and looked for an electrician on Yelp, Peter answered right away and even though he was busy he attempted to make a visit that night to make sure everything was okay. Luckily the electricity came back on, and Peter didn't have to come that night but he made sure to explain all the things I needed to do around the house to make it safe for the newborn until he came and fixed the issue (this is before he has my business). He came the next morning and fixed everything up.

Peter did a great job at explaining what happened. I am so grateful for his excellent customer service and his willingness to help and make sure our newborn was safe.

I highly recommend Peter for any electrician projects!
