She was just the nicest and most helpful person you will ever deal with. She handled the entire situation with the FPL, and that made it so much easier on us. Are you looking for the BEST electrician around? Well look no further, you have found him! Ed and his team are professional, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. The prices are good and the work they produce is excellent. Kristina is Ed's wife, and is one of the kindest ladies I have met. Kristina's communication is top notch and she provides amazing support for Ed and his team. Ed installed my heat pump for my pool, recessed lighting throughout my home, new outdoor ceiling fans and light fixtures, a dedicated circuit for my microwave, and various new lighting installs for us and we are so pleased! Don't shop around, you have found your electrician for life!

In today's hectic world, we often find ourselves not taking the time to acknowledge and to fully recognize outstanding professionals for their excellence. I recently had the extreme pleasure of working with ENK Electrical Services who provided multiple fan installations in my home in Port Saint John. We purchased an older house about 7 years ago and since then have had multiple electricians out for various reasons. Never calling anyone but ENK from now on. Very professional, absolutely thrilled with the work Ed completed. Kristina worked with us to get it done faster letting us know when someone canceled or postponed which was a life saver as part of the work needed involved A/C wiring. We chose ENK Electrical (Ed 'n' Kristina) based solely on their 5-star rating. I found ENK Electrical (""Ed"") to be the consummate professional and his electrical work better than I had hoped for. In addition, Kristina makes you feel like you are the best thing since sliced bread. The downside is that there is only one ""Ed."" Kristina has been unable to find ten more like her husband. The best compliment and recommendation for any contractor is when the client is so happy with the work, value, professionalism, and friendship that the client looks for another project for the contractor. ENK Electrical exceeded our expectations. We have already spread the word to neighbors and friends. Ed took our vision and improved on it. There is attention to detail and pride in a job well done. Almost forgot to mention - no mess or need for cleanup. We highly recommend ENK Electrical for your project.

ENK Electrical Services LLC was beyond exceptional. Not only did I get an immediate email response back from Ed to my late night request via thumbtack but I received a call from his wife first thing in the morning to schedule for him to come out to my home that same morning. We were able to arrange for my mom to be at my home since I would be at work and also discussed fee-free forms of payment that I could make while not being present (ZelleQuickPay). The entire process was so simple and relaxed; which was a huge relief since I had no idea what to expect when needing an electrician and I could do was pray about it. Ed showed up right on time and my mom said he was so nice and professional that he was just great; I felt the same about my interaction with his wife over the phone. Ed was able to figure out my heated up burn smell of an outlet problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes. I don't usually take the time to write a review for a company. However, I can honestly say that ENK Electrical Services has changed my mind. I researched for an Electrician in my area that would be reliable. Well, Ed the owner of the company showed up on time and with all his paperwork proving he is licensed and insured. I was very lucky to find him, and I will honestly tell you he was professional and very knowledgeable about all the work I had to have done. The whole experience was great and the best part I got a discount because I am a senior. That is very important. So I do recommend ENK for all your electric needs.
