Our house had what turned out to be a very complicated electrical hazard that resulted in loss of power to part of our house despite having replaced circuit breakers. Chris solved the problem in an impressively short amount of time. In addition, even though we've have other electricians work with our electrical board, he was the first one to nonchalantly point out that we had the wrong type of circuit breakers on the whole board thus making it difficult to replace them so that they would have good contact with the board. I have not doubt that the average electrician would not have been able to solve our issue as quickly and effectively as he did.

Chris and his team have performed two large electrical jobs for me and both were an excellent experience. Chris is professional, treats your home like it is his and provides helpful experienced ideas that we really appreciate. Job 1) was for our outdoor patio to install 8 lights, 2 electrical heaters and a ceiling fan. The biggest technical problem was figuring out how to get enough power from the home to the patio. I had 5 bids, but Chris was the only one with a cost effective plan and his price was also slightly better than the others. Job 2) was to install 44 cam lights with dimmers throughout our home and remove the old lighting systems. This task was difficult because a large portion of the work had to be done in the attic by crawling around to the different locations. Our original plan was to install 37 cam lights, however once we had them installed, we realized there were still some dark spots so we installed 8 more and all of them look beautiful. Our home is completely different now with the old lights removed and now have numerous dimmers to adjust the lighting for the time of day and for entertainment. Chris is my go-to guy for electrical problems and I highly recommend him.
We came home after being out for a few hours and our garage door opener did not work. All the electrical in our garage was dead! After a good while of troubleshooting the various breakers, upstairs and downstairs, we found that the garage was dead, along with the downstairs air conditioner. It was now 5:30 PM when I got to call Chris, and after a few quick questions he calmly and confidently walked me through resetting the garage GFCI, which immediately solved the problem! With Chris's good sense of humor he teased that I am now an Electrician, and he would not accept any compensation from me.

Much later that night I checked the garage and everything was off again. Next day, Chris gave me more troubleshooting help, but when nothing worked, he made an emergency house call and after some good, experienced troubleshooting, diagnosed the problem, the water heater's recirc pump. Chris also gave me some additional pointers on some of my house's exterior lighting, etc.
