I'm happy to add another 5 stars for Victor who scheduled a cleaning of my long-neglected solar panels quickly, kept in touch regularly, and did a great job cleaning them off not only dirt but a good deal of moss! The 40% improvement in performance was immediate.

The job took much longer than expected, while Victor remained true to his price quote. He offered to also clean the skylights on our roof even before I offered and paid an additional fee for it.

Hired Enerbg to perform a post installation inspection of a solar system with battery by another contractor. Victor and his colleague came out and spend quite a bit more time looking at everything than I thought they would. I feel like the inspection was thorough and they were able to identify issues with install, which I then subsequently addressed with the installer.
I am hiring them again to do a second inspection to make sure that the issues found have been addressed.
I recommend Victor and his team and will hire them again when the need arises.

Victor and his team are excellent with extremely fast response time when requesting a quote on solar panel cleaning. Victor responded with a quote within a few minutes of submitting via Yelp, which was a reasonable and one of the most competitive quotes that I received. I asked a few questions and additional service for cleaning and he responded with an updated estimate. They asked when would be a good time to come. I said I happen to be working home the day we were discussing the estimate but assumed that was too soon so mentioned I could do it Friday. Victor was able to schedule me for that same day a little after noon. He and one crew member showed up and they got to work immediately. He mentioned that it might not be necessary for the extra service after they did the main cleaning.

They were done within 45 minutes and asked me to look at the results before the applied the extra service. We watched it dry and Victor's final assessment was that the solar panels looked really clean and the extra service wouldn't make them cleaner. Victor only ask to be paid for the original cleaning service even though they brought the additional cleaning material for the extra service.

I've included photos of the before and after solar panel cleaning, and the app showing a big jump in the solar panel generation (eyeballing it looks like an approximate 25% jump in kWh generation) after the cleaning, which happened during the mid-day.

We're happy with the ENERBG team's service for cleaning and may even use them for moving our EV charger to a different location.

These guys are fantastic. Our solar system is older had stopped working, and I couldn't find any company to even come look at. They showed up same day and just dove in, troubleshooting and tracking down the issues and fixed it on the spot. No upselling or finding expensive solutions, just professional and friendly.
