I experienced a pump failure in my LG washing machine. I utilized YELP to secure repair services. YELP provided me with 6 referrals to complete my repairs. All 6 companies respond to my initial inquiry. 5 of the companies played games with me about a potential costs for the repairs.

EMCRESCO, INC. explained to me that my washing machine has 2 pumps. The first pump is a wash pump and the second pump was a drain pump. EMCRESCO, INC. quoted me the price including service call, parts, tax and labor for the repairs. I completely understood my options based on repairs for the wash pump or drain pump or both as needed. TOTALLY TRANSPARENT PRICING.

Evgen was my service technician. Evgen was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable about the repairs. Evgen was honest and took the time to show me the pump that needed to be replaced. Evgen thoroughly clean all the components of the pump assembly and restored the pump manifold to like new condition. Evgen demonstrated full attention to detail, and in my opinion he is a perfectionist. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMCRESO, INC. for your appliance service company.

Amazing service! Our repair man was on time and prompt and extremely prepared to fix our refrigerators icemaker. He was extremely polite and took the time to explain to us what was really wrong. This company is the worst I've dealt with since moving to this area. No communication with the customer, I had to constantly follow up with them, and they just brushed me off as it was business as usual for them. I will never use this company ever again.
