My freezer and fridge stopped working and I found them through Yelp. Same day service during my preferred window. Alex was very helpful and explained it was the compressor and due to costs he recommended buying better fridge brand rather than fixing. Very honest and helpful. He provided hints and tips for picking new appliance.

Can't wait for something to break again so I can call them for help!

I was so pleased to get a same-day appointment from Encreso. Chris was on time (even early), and he was very informative about the condition of my refrigerator. Unfortunately it will probably need replacing, but I appreciated Chris's candor and experience. I will definitely call them when I next need an appliance repaired.

I have so many wonderful things to say about Encreso!! The quote and appointment process could not have been easier. I messaged them through Yelp and received a response right away. Katrina, Natalie and Maria were all wonderful to work with. I sent pictures and they were able to give me an exact quote and order the necessary parts ahead of time. I was also able to track my technician's arrival on the day of my appointment, which was so helpful. Evgen arrived right on time with the correct part necessary to fix our broken oven door glass. He was courteous, respectful and went right to work. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. I will be going back to Encreso for all of our appliance repair jobs in the future. I will only increase this by another star, just for the fact that they came back, BUT not after I left a negative review. Some customers only give you one shot, so make sure the first try is your best try.

Also, I was quoted almost $400+ after they came back to get it fixed. I had my doubts, so I asked another company and it turns out, one of the cable was just disconnected from the washer and I was only charged $50...He was there for 10
mins and figured it out...So in conclusion, it was misdiagnosed twice.

EDIT: There was also no CASH OUT issued by our warranty since the diagnosis they gave was incorrect.

Not my intention to make this company look bad, after all, all business have room for improvements and those improvement can be catalyzed by customers feedbacks.

Chris was on time for our appointment. He took his time checking out our washing machine and let us know what could be wrong. With all the electrical issues he said I might be better off just getting a new washer. He then waived the service call fee which I appreciated.
