I called Laurence from the Encinitas Electricians to set an appointment to fix my GFI outlet under my sink that operates my garbage disposal. Laurence ended up trouble shooting the issue and was able to fix it without even coming out. He didn't charge me and I have to say it is one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in years. Laurence thank you for being so honest. Laurence was outstanding! First of all, he answered the phone on a Sunday. All others say they are open but no one answers. Upon trouble shooting the issue on the phone he thought a service call was needed and explained pricing differences between Sunday and Monday. Slightly more on Sunday but said he would come. I decided it could wait and made the appointment for Monday morning. Before hanging-up, in a Columbo (Peter Faulk) like way, he asked me to try ""one more thing"". Wha-Hoo - it worked. I wanted to pay him for his time on the phone but he said no and was just happy it worked. Outstanding service and a real gentleman.
