In a recent windstorm we lost a tree branch that took out our electrical service. After the utility company retrieved the downed service line they informed us that it couldn't be reconnected because of the damage due to the impact of the branch. We needed an electrician and we needed one fast. I called several companies for estimates to get the work done. Eugene with EMPWR Electric took my call and immediately made time for us. He and his crew arrived first, made an estimate, and were able to begin work before any of the other larger companies could. Eugene was friendly, personable, and talked us through the entire process. Without all of the overhead of the larger companies EMPWR was able to save us a great deal of money and didn't pressure us with overselling work that wasn't necessary. When everything was completed and our service was reconnected he followed up with a phone call and texts. I now have a goto in my contact list for electrical work. EMPWR has won our business.
