Eugene is fantastic!!! He was prompt to reply and easy to schedule with. I had requested for him to help me install a portable ac in my garage and even though he was HONEST and said he had done before, he still wanted to figure this out. I needed an outlet moved which was easy and then he did get the ac installed without any help. We had an electrical emergency (smoking wires / appliance) late on a Sunday afternoon and panic called Empwr to help us. Eugene rushed over, arriving like 15 minutes after we called, and was able to diagnose and resolve the primary issue, and discovered and fixed second issue on top of that. In a recent windstorm we lost a tree branch that took out our electrical service. After the utility company retrieved the downed service line they informed us that it couldn't be reconnected because of the damage due to the impact of the branch. We needed an electrician and we needed one fast. I called several companies for estimates to get the work done. Eugene with EMPWR Electric took my call and immediately made time for us. He and his crew arrived first, made an estimate, and were able to begin work before any of the other larger companies could. Eugene was friendly, personable, and talked us through the entire process. Without all of the overhead of the larger companies EMPWR was able to save us a great deal of money and didn't pressure us with overselling work that wasn't necessary. When everything was completed and our service was reconnected he followed up with a phone call and texts. I now have a goto in my contact list for electrical work. EMPWR has won our business.
