Enrique is such a cool guy. He is brilliant at what he does. His staff of workers are so friendly, efficient and excellent at what they do. They are respectful of your home and their work is so clean that you didn't even know they were even there. I would recommend his services because they go above and beyond. He has completed electrical work at my business and my home.

Enrique came out to install a 240V outlet in our garage. Communication was smooth and everything was complete in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend him for any electrical needs!

I found Enrique by accident...my accident. I ""installed"" an outlet in our kitchen on a Sunday. By ""installed"" I mean that I killed the power to half of the room...and most importantly, the dishwasher (who wants to do dishes by hand anymore?). Enrique came out on a Sunday and quickly and inexpensively fixed my mess. Since then, we have only used Enrique for our electrical projects, both big and small. He could not be a nicer guy to work with (which is important when you have someone in your house for a long project). His team is as professional and kind as he is. I actually look forward to his visits. We were quoted a price for a light installation that dropped from a 20-foot ceiling that was in the thousands of dollars. Enrique? It was a couple of hundred and it looked beautiful. He's replaced fuse boxes, wired hot tubs, put in outdoor lighting and fixed more of my personal projects than I care to admit to. I only wish I could find more skilled tradesmen in other disciples who are as amazing as Enrique.

Fantastic, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. I would give him 10 stars if I could. We've used Empower Electric twice- the first time to pull wiring into our ceiling for lighting, and the second time today to fix a mystery blown outlet. The first time, Enrique was able to fit us in within a couple of days. The second, he was over here in literally 15 minutes.

The work was completed quickly and for a very competitive rate. He is extremely organized. What fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Enrique is amazing. I had an emergency breaker in a house we just moved into that was burning behind the breaker box that required shutting off all the power on a cold day in winter. I was frantically calling electricians with high reviews on Yelp (most of whom never called me back), but Enrique picked up immediately and made plans on short notice to come over in a couple hours. He also worked around my schedule, going to get lunch for an hour before coming back to complete the work. I was impressed by his electrical knowledge and professionalism, and on top of that, he's just a really nice guy that's motivated to fix the problem, rather than up-charge you. Totally putting Empower Electric on my speed dial for any further electrical work. Thank you Enrique!

I was referred to Enrique by a good friend. BEWARE!!! Initially he was responsive, but took a long time to get a quote to us. Luckily, we planned work in phases. Enrique and his outfit were a disappointment - it was a second home for us and we weren't there all the time. I thought this would make him get the job done more efficiently. Instead, he only sent one guy while charging us for 3. One morning we showed up without advance notice for another contractor's appointment, and Enrique was not there but showed up 30 minutes later looking clearly like he has just woken up. Empower did not do all the work they had given estimates for and the work they did do, did not warrant his rates. We had given him a 50% deposit with the remainder after work was done. Because we were not there the entire time he was working, we went through the house confirming that the estimate matched the actual work done. IT DID NOT. When I emailed Enrique about this, rather than saying that he would fix it, he got defensive and combative - saying he does not like to be ""nickeled and dimed."" He was pushy about getting the remainder of what he believed he was owed, which I sent him. Needless to say, we hired someone else to finish the shoddy work he did. He missed out on a potentially larger job because we are having a lot of work done on our SF home. We have now hired someone who is hard-working, efficient and most importantly, HONEST.

Contacted Empower based on 100% positive reviews in Yelp for a fairly minor job (installing a charging station for an electric vehicle).

The POSITIVES:
-- got a very speedy response from Enrique
-- got a rough ball park estimate that sounded very reasonable by phone
-- Francisco arrived unbelievably promptly at the agreed time/date -down to the minute

The NEGATIVE
-- and that was that. No immediate estimate but a promise ""I will e-mail you tonight"". Never heard from the outfit again despite sending direct inquires to Enrique via e-mail

In SUM:
If you feel a job is not worth your time, TELL ME so. Don't waste your and my time coming to my home and then not bothering to give an estimate or an honest reply that you are simply not interested and presumably misunderstood what my project entailed

Enrique and his team are amazing! I had a major remodel last September and Enrique and his team did all the electrical work. He is patient, professional, nice, communicates well and really knows his trade. I would use him again in a heart beat.

Wow! What a great guy. I called Empower for help for some loss of power on some receptacles. Enrique walked me through some procedures on the phone on my initial call to help me avoid a house call. When I couldn't resolve the issue, he said he could come by after 3pm. He texted me a 30 min. notice and showed up as promised. He check my whole system and found the problem in no time at all. He offered me a very fair price for his services which I would have gladly paid double, but he wouldn't hear of it. He is a true professional with a high ethical and honest way of doing business. I highly recommend him.
