Customer service answered the photo and was able to schedule the repair for the same day. Jaime responded to correct a double tap in the garage electric panel. S S.Really tried to use local vendors for upgrading my boat lift from manual switches to remote. I was directed to Empire Electrical (Jeff) by The Boat Pros who told me Jeff does all remote installs for them. I saw they close at 3:30 and it was after that so I sent an email to Jeff Kern as a heads up on what I wanted to do and that I was looking for information and cost. I told him that I would call the next day. When I did call the next day, his phone rang and rang so I waited for the VM to pick up. Instead, he took the call and then immediately hung up. I guess they have all the money they want so they don't need any more business. Save your valuable time and find someone reputable that will take the calls and respond to potential business. Duncan Sea Wall (Sarasota) is such a company. Very professional, informative, and very willing to help new customers - thanks Terry!
