I had my appointment this morning and two gentleman showed up. They were on time, polite, and explained everything. They troubleshooted the issue and we're able to fix my electrical problem. They took pictures of their work for documentation which was great to see. I have had my electrical issue for a while now and was hesitant to make an appointment with any company. Your company name was given to me as a recommendation and I am very happy I took it. From this positive experience I will have no hesitation in the future to call you all if I have any issues that pop up. I have no problem recommending you all to others. The process was incredibly easy from start to finish and I appreciate that very much.

Empire did a great job installing a generator interlock circuit and inlet box on my house. The job was very straight forward, but I ended up receiving what I felt we're very high quotes from many others nonetheless. Empire gave me a straight up to quote with no fuss and I found it very reasonable. The electricians that came out did a great job and were friendly and happy to discuss and answer any questions I had about generator use etc. Also, I had a last minute reschedule due to work and they were able to accommodate and take care of the job within a few hours of me letting them know I couldn't be home for the initially scheduled time. The electricians showed up as soon as I got home and worked quickly.

Holy Customer Satisfaction Batman!!
We are buying a house and had a four point inspection done that highlighted a couple of electrical things that required a professional to do for insurance purposes. Two outlets needed covered and a dryer outlet needed to be installed - simple enough, yes? That catch is, we needed it done by today 5/4 and we found this out on 5/3!! I can't say enough good about Empire Electric. David answered the phone and was so pleasant and understanding and he got me scheduled right away.
Chris and Chris showed up right on time and were both very pleasant and professional.They got right to work and did what needed doing with great efficiency. And the cost was not exorbitant either as the have a Yelp coupon available and are happy to accept it, so it cut my cost in half!
Anytime I have electrical needs, I will call Empire!

Steve and Brant who came out to install a microwave, chandelier, and three fans (including wiring one to a switch); and plug for near television were very helpful and did a good job. Would use empire again for sure.

I typically dread having contractors come to the house, if they were all like Brett and John @ Empire Electric I would welcome it frequently. Brett was on-time, used drop cloths to manage the mess cutting new holes for my recessed lights, and the quality of their work was phenomenal. Good electricians are notoriously hard to find, if you have a need look no further than Empire...
