Terrible service, expensive, would not correct work despite admitting obvious mistake. Electrical connection for newly installed dishwasher, supposedly necessary safety measure needed to meet local code. Charge of $535 for about an hour of work. After it was done, fuse tripped every time dishwasher was run. Overloaded circuit, dangerous condition. When I called, they acknowledged the work must have been faulty & that what they did left a dangerous condition needing to be fixed. Answering service told me over & over (I called many times) that someone would call to schedule a time to fix the work. It's been a month and nothing done. I'll need to have someone else fix their mistake, I don't trust them to be competent or ethical.

I had dealt with several electrical companies on the last 15 years and no one compares to Empire electric.
I had a short in my garage wiring, my garage fridge would turn off every time we plugged in something in the master bedroom.
They came to look at the problem and in 30 min they had it all figured out. I even had them do other upgrades to my house lighting. They are very knowledgeable and honest.

We met Steve and his crew through our general contractor for an extensive kitchen remodel. The scope of work went from adding 220 for a new range, to all needed electrical upgrades in our kitchen, living room, and family room, which included in wall audio/video cabling and power sources. Prior to the job starting, Steve met with us to lay out exactly what he would be doing in each room.The crew was always aware of the fact that we were still living in the other rooms of the house, and went out of their way to work with our situation. Their finished product was excellent, in both appearance and execution. As they were progressing on the project, they would confer with myself and the project manager to make sure things met our specifications and desires. On a few occasions we made small changes, and they handled them with ease. During the project we decided to upgrade to a 200 amp panel and this portion of the job was also handled expertly. Steve, Carlos, and Hector were all an integral part of a successful project, and I will not hesitate to call them if I need any other electrical work done.

What a God send this Company was for us! This was the 2nd electrician we had to call out when we lost power to our home. The first electrician took a week to replace a breaker, we found out that was just an expensive quick fix that wasn't solving our electrician problem.
Well, then we found Empire Electric, thankfully! Spoke with the owner who sent a tech within 3 hours to our home! Then, he even came out later that day to follow up with us and confirm the issue was resolved! Their prices are super fair, they are knowledgeable, and friendly. The Owner, Steven has wonderful customer skills and was a pleasure to have at our home to help us during this very stressful heat wave! Truly, a great experience!
