I reached out to ER Electric because of the reviews I saw on Yelp. We lost all the power to our kitchen island and I could not fix this myself (I tried). They were willing to come same day (although I needed a day to be home for them). Romo came over and was able to diagnose the problem and make the needed repair right away. He was very professional and extremely nice. I would recommend ER Electric and I will use them again.

E.R Electric exceeded all expectations in regards to customer service, professionalism, and problem resolution. Romo immediately responded to my call and estimate inquiry. He also adjusted his schedule to troubleshoot the problem the very next day. I was notified via text and phone call prior to his arrival. He was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough in explaining both the issue and how to fix it.

He and his crew fixed the issue when I was out of town, yet he called to update me about the progress and that he'd fixed the problem. He also sent me pictures of everything he was doing.

I came home to a clean house with all power restored in the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet.

Thank you E.R Electric for saving my families week!! After doing a 2 month long remodel we finally moved into our home - yippee! But after doing the dishes after our first family dinner I discovered our garage disposal and dishwasher were not working. After calling my contractor who was out of town and not able to help I called a friend that knows everyone in the area. She recommend ER Electric and they are simply the best! I called and spoke with the owner who was actually also on vacation but couldn't have been more helpful. He called one of his techs who was out to my house within the hour. The electrician was beyond kind, professional and even put booties on to keep my nice new floors clean. He fixed the problem right away and even offer to do an additional check of my breaker panel to make sure the rest of the house was perfect WOW A+ service!! Can't thank you all enough

Just prior to leaving town for a business trip, my mom had an electrical issue that affected power to half of her house. I'd found ER Electric on Yelp and within 15 minutes or less of my estimate request, Romo contacted me. We discussed the problem and what we did to troubleshoot prior to my call and he agreed to come to the house first thing the next day.

Romo early to the appointment (huge win!) Not only was he was able to diagnose the issue very quickly, he and his team had the parts on hand and replaced the fuse without charge! On request, they did an inspection of the subpanel and found the old house wasn't up to code (not surprised) and I'll definitely be considering them for the overhaul of the electrical box!

wow. if I could give him more stars I would. I have used a few Electricians over the last few years BUT these guys are the BEST. a circuit went out last night. I loved that I could book an appointment online, so I didn't have to worry. The process was excellent and simple. The communication was great. Romo freed up early and asked if he could come early!! He was professional and fixed it easily and in minutes. EXCELLENT.
