I needed a bathroom ceiling ventilation fan replaced in one of my bathrooms and had two light switches in the living room that did not work. I tried to get a couple of other electricians out but they didn't follow up to my calls. I called E R and Romo answered. We set an appointment for the next morning. He came over, gave me a quote, and we set a time for the work to be done. The two electricians showed up yesterday ON TIME and got the work done. It is so nice to have my new fan working and both of the light switches now active again. They put up plastic all around the bathroom to keep it clean, as they had to cut into the ceiling drywall. When they were finished the bathroom was cleaned up PERFECTLY. Romo called later to make sure everything was good. I will be referring them to my neighbors.

Romo and the rest of the folks at E.R. Electric are absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any electrical job you might need. Romo's communication was top notch throughout our entire job, and Julian and another gentleman (im sorry I didn't catch his name) came to our house 5 minutes before their scheduled time and finished the job in a timely and CLEAN fashion. 5+ stars. Tomo not only gave me the best quote his work was great. Finished the job early and made sure the job was done right. Our new panel looks and works great. He ran electric for our eventual spa and offered to come back and hook it up. Above and beyond. Wore masks and gloves when in the house during this crazy virus time. Highly pleased with Romo and ER Electric.

I had an issue with wiring at my house and he came (for free, whereas other guys said it would be around $130 to just come over) to look at it. The issue was basic and he didn't even charge me. I also had a quote that I needed and he was able to provide it to me with comfort knowing that it involved not just electricians, but dry wall experts, etc. If you want a company that cares about clients and are honest and straightforward, then use these guys.

Our lights have been going in and out of our house for the longest time. I finally got around to calling an electrician and I'm so happy I did. They gave me a flat price and explained the full breakdown for me when they switched out all the outlets and switches. I'm so happy to have light in my house again!

Our two outlets stopped working so I called E.R. and from the beginning, the customer service was fantastic! They were so nice and got somebody here the morning after I called. Romo also checked some extra things, which was really great because we had just moved in here. He fixed the problem in 20 minutes. I will definitely be using E.R again.
