Very pleased with Emerald Pacific. I need a couple hard to wire outlets replaced in my home. Chris was enthusiastic, quick, and pleasant to have working in my home. Prices were very reasonable. They are a small family business who seem to take great pride in their work. I would recommend them and I'll call them again if I have any more electrical service needs at home.

I forgot if it was Chris or Mark who came over, but he was great. He drove a big red truck, that is all I remember. He spent about 2 or 3 hours diagnosing my problem and only charged me the minimum price! He even fixed my heating unit!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Called this morning needing someone to repair some non-working fluorescent lights at my elderly mom's kitchen and bath (I don't live in SD and having to arrange this from afar..). Chris said they'd be there in the afternoon and they were. Mom was thrilled with the service (fixed both set of lights) and professionalism. And, the price was more than fair for service performed and short notice.

I can't have mom (an 83yr old widow) waiting around for someone to show up only to give a crazy estimate to scare an old lady (yes, we've had it happen with other trades).. I appreciate Emerald's responsiveness and understanding of my situation. They were courteous, respectiveful, and fair. Yes, we'll definitely use them again when the need arises.

I was looking for a good electrician and found these guys on yelp. After dealing with 2 other electricians who were unprofessional and both tried to scare me, I found these great guys. They were honest, timely, clean, friendly, professional. They did exactly what they told me they would do in exactly the time they said it would take. I usually try to find good contractors thru word of mouth but this time I had to rely on yelp and I am very happy with who I found. That is why I a writing this review! I will definitely be using them again if I ever need more electrical work!

Chris was great! He returned my call on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled to do the work the work on Monday. I really appreciate that he was able to do the work so quickly and while I was in town. He installed two dedicated circuits from the panel to two bathrooms so my tenant could use her blow dryer without tripping the circuit. I definitely recommend him and will use him again.

Chris and Mark were just great! They worked hard on installing my electric double oven. The plug in my house was in the wrong place and they had to move it. They were determined to figure out what they needed to do and get it done. They crawled into the attic, climbed into the oven space and did a terrific job. They did just a good job in fact that I called them back a few weeks later to replace all the can lights in my family room. Again they were efficient, neat and completed the job with great skill and knowledge. I highly recommend them for any electrical job you need done!

These guys are great. They have done work for me on 3 occasions and each time was a pleasure. The first time was when all of my electricity had gone out. A prior electrician told me I would need to re-wire the entire house - I was bracing myself for a few thousand dollars of repairs. Mark and Chris fixed it free of charge. Apparently the line coming into my house had a bad connection it took 15 minutes. They have also replaced my pool light with GFI, installed 220, and new wiring for a new laundry area. The final cost has always been original estimated cost, they show up when they say they will, work quickly and leave the work space tidy. I highly recommend Mark and Chris.

These guys are awesome! I needed a small wiring repair. I called in the morning and squeezed me in for later that day. Chris and Mark were polite and professional. They left the work area spotless and charged a very reasonable fee. I will use them again in the future and definitely recommend them.
