Reached out to Eric through yelp because I had a fuse overheat and wanted to make sure there was no additional damage. He responded right away and came over the next morning. He inspected the fuse box and found no issues. He did not try to upsell any unneeded work. We had his look at our other outlets and had him upgrade several outdated parts. I called Eric to get a couple of exterior lights installed. He figured out the job right away and explained everything he needed to do clearly. His bid also came in well under the others I got, which normally would be a red flag with me, but I went with him based on the yelp reviews.

Well, he got started quickly and did everything in a clean and workmanlike way. I'm really happy with the way the project looks, internally (properly installed romex looks nice) and externally (the lights look like they've always been there). I recommend him without reservation!

I needed to change my outlet receptacle and circuit breaker on my preexisting 240 v line in my garage for my car charger. They made appointment for two days later. Job was quick and done right. He gave a discount for paying cash since it was a simple job which was nice. Probably spent $50-100 less with Eric compared to other electricians I got quotes from.

Back in early December 2016 when we had high winds in the area, we lost power to half our house. It was a Friday afternoon and we called several electricians who were either non-responsive or too busy and would not be able to come out until Monday. We called Eric who was currently working on a job but he promised to come out Saturday morning. He also advised us to call the electric company because it sounded like our problem was with the weatherhead which is the electric company's responsibility. Eric arrived promptly and confirmed it was the weatherhead. Since he was unable to do the repair he didn't charge us, asked us to remember him in the future. We've since used Eric again and we had the same great experience - very responsive, prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable!
