I was referred to Elume by a friend after I started experiencing issues with my electrical panel. Prior to this, I had made several attempts to get a diagnostic and get this issue fixed with other electricians in the local area but wasted a lot of time and money and still kept experiencing the same issues. I had lost hope until I spoke with Mo who was very understanding of my situation and came out the same day to help me. He is very polite, friendly, and experienced. He did a very thorough job with troubleshooting the panel and knew the older model that I had. His patient, follows the process and double checked all his work. Needless to say, he fixed my problem and provided me with a great warranty. He even followed up after a week to check up with me to assure all was well. We have been fortunate to not have to look for an electrician since we moved into our house.
