He then quickly made a decision to refer me to a very good appliance repair shop. He efficiently handled my problem that led me to appreciate his professionalism. I called Larry late on a Saturday morning, described how I had been doing some DIY work to replace a bathroom fan in my laundry room ceiling, and that I had accidentally drilled through a joist and into a thick wire. I sent him a message with a few photos, and he was concerned enough to be at my house in just a couple hours. Larry Strom from ELS Electric was referred to me thru my neighborhood watch app. I was having some issues with three of my light switches that I didn't want to tackle myself. I knew the job wouldn't be that challenging but still wanted to call in a professional. I called Larry on a Monday and he said he should be able to come out the next day! The next day he called to give me an accurate ETA. That worked out great because I was able to leave work and meet them instead of waiting around all day. When I pulled into my driveway, Larry and Dan were there waiting for me! Such wonderful customer service! Turns out I bought the wrong light switch for my 3-way light so thank goodness Larry had the right switch in his truck. Larry and Dan are both professional, polite and very customer service oriented. I will definitely use them again for my electrical needs!
