This company was assigned to come out, via our home warranty plan, to repair our electrical system after the lights in our bottom floor went out.

First, we called to reschedule the initial appointment set by the warranty company & they were very flexible and the technician called to say he could come out on a day that works ""between 8am and 11am, but it would probably be 8am.""

Fast Forward to the day of the scheduled appointment, the electrician came out and looked at the system and was set to repair the downstairs lights/ put up motion sensor lights on our garage. He then says he needs to go to home depot, there are 2 within 5 miles of our home, and stayed gone for 3 hours. When he finally returned he then needed to enlist my husband's help to ""complete the repair.""

He removed the circuit breaker cover & went all through the house for reasons that are unclear. By the time the repair was ""completed"" we kind of just wanted the entire ordeal to be over, as he had been here for about 6 hours at this point. The technician ""re-installed"" the circuit breaker cover and left. The light installed light did not work and the next day our previously perfectly working doorbell did not work. I'm not sure if there are other electricians with this company but the guy that came out to our home was unprofessional and seemed to not know what he was doing.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to post a pic of doorbell or motion sensor light that does not work. But here's a look at the work product we received.

He started and completed his service in a timely manor, in spite of my talking to him as he worked. Couldn't ask for any better experience.
