Let me be very clear: I never requested a ""replacement"" of an EV charger. I explained exactly what I needed, and your team gave me a quote over the phone for a new install, which your technician then tried to double upon arrival. When I asked for an explanation, he talked down to me, refused to call his supervisor, told me I was wasting his time, and left in a fit--spinning his tires and speeding recklessly through my neighborhood after cursing at me through his window. That's not ""professional,"" that's completely unhinged.

As for your ""courtesy discount""--that's laughable. You never offered to honor the original quote. Instead, your manager called me after the fact to blame me for the miscommunication, refused to take any responsibility, and did nothing to address your technician's outrageous behavior. At no point did I demand anything be done ""for free""--I simply expected you to honor the price you gave me and treat me with basic respect.

I stand by my original review. Your attempt to rewrite the story and paint me as the problem only reinforces how untrustworthy and unprofessional your company is. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Stay Far Away from Elite Power Electric!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a service company. Elite Power Electric completely misquoted me--gave me a price over the phone, then sent an electrician who DOUBLED that quote on arrival. When I asked why the price had changed, he condescendingly told me I ""didn't know what I was talking about."" I asked him to call his boss to clarify, and he refused, instead telling me I was wasting his time--after showing up over two hours late.

It only got worse. After our interaction, he cursed at me, yelled through his truck window, then sped off through my residential community--spinning his tires, driving recklessly and endangering families in the area. Completely unprofessional and dangerous behavior.

Later, the manager called me and had the audacity to tell me the situation was my fault and refused to honor the original quote. No apology. No accountability. Just excuses and blame-shifting.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and clearly don't care about their customers. This was not just bad service--it was shockingly unprofessional, unsafe, and infuriating.

Save yourself the headache. Go elsewhere.

We lost power late at night, and reached out to elite power electric for help. They came quickly and took care of the problem immediately. Very happy with the service I received. Would use them in the future!

Jose did a great job installing a garage charger for or Audi Etron GT. He was patient and thorough and the quoted price was fair. He apologized when he had to find a replacement part for a faulty part he had installed last night by getting up early and seeking out the part and returning to our home at 7:15am to finish the job before we left town.
I would not hesitate to use Elite again as they really care about customer satisfaction.
